This hotel is under major construction, should not be open with so much construction. Booked a room with 2 queen beds, later that night realized one bed was a double, spoke to front desk who said with all the construction somebody must have put the wrong bed in the room. Asked for compensation, or discount and was told they would talk to a manager.Never heard from a manager or from front desk. My cousin who is a Hilton Diamond club member was so embarrassed that she told our family to book at this hotel, we had 9 rooms booked and asked that could we have rooms close to one another, they said yes but when we all were checking in to hotel, the 9 rooms were scattered among the 16 floors. The front desk said we assigned the rooms and could not honor our request.Our family traveled from different parts of the US to attend a celebration of life memorial service. We also reserved a area on second floor to have dinner at their so called restaurant on Friday night, around 7 pm we were told the area was ready, but their was no waitress , they pulled one of the bartenders to service a large group to wait on our tables, but she was bartending at the same time. I waited close to a hour on the day of check out for a rolling luggage cart, the front desk appeared to have one employee handling all the checkouts for a very large hotel. I went to this location today during my lunch break and was not acknowledged by anyone i saw that there was no table available so i just stood there because i was waiting for someone to arrive anyway . . . Then maybe 5/10 minutes later a group of ladies walk in and they are acknowledged instantly by "Roxy" she asks them "is this for here or to go?" As they are walking in a table is clearing up . . . They say for here and she sits them at the table and says "ill be right there to clean it and take your order." As she walks from around the counter then thats when she acknowledges me and she asks me the same "for here or to go" and i tell her "its for here BUT I arrived BEFORE those ladies and you sat them first." She asks me "are you sure?" And i tell her "yes I walked up to the counter to get a menu to look at while i wait" and she looks at me says "ohh" then looks at the group of ladies looks at me again looks at the group then shrugs her shoulders and walks away and goes to take the ladies orders! Seriously?! Read moreThe service is horrible. The staff was friendly, but not attentive. We ordered takeout, quesabirria and enchiladas, and was told it would be a 15 minute wait but was a 45 minute wait. They didn't start on our order until 30 minutes after we placed it, and we heard them talking about how they forgot our order. When we were waiting a server was bringing chips to a table and spilled them all over the floor and NEVER cleaned it up the entire 45 minutes we were there. She left them in the middle of the doorway, and a CUSTOMER offered to clean it for them and they just let her do it.
