For the price they charge, their service should be flawless, instead, disaster. I am all for people starting their business and encourage local businesses but they need to get their act together. To begin with, I ordered a bouquet of flowers, two balloons and a box of chocolates to be delivered between 3 to 5 pm on 3/22/22. They only delivered the flowers at 12 noon. I called about the missing balloons and chocolates (not cheap by the way). Jose answered the phone, not having a clue about what I was talking about. I gave him the order number but he turned around and began speaking Spanish asking about my order (not by number, just by name). Told me they would deliver the balloons soon. Waited 1 hour. Called again, this time another Spanish lady answered. I told her the chocolates and balloons were missing from the delivery. She gave me a big sigh like I was bothering her. This time she asked me for the order name having no clue what the order was. Told me the same as Jose. Waited another hour. At 2:30 PM called again. Jose answered again. After complaining a bit he had the "B... " to tell me they don't even read the order. Really?? Anyway, my daughter finally got the complete order (this was for her bd). Will not use them again. I bought a bouquet for my partner in advance and gave a date (anniversary date), an address, and a note for the delivery.
ā they delivered them on the wrong day (like weeks off of the date). I called the company and said hey I didnāt order them for this day can I get a refund and get it delivered on the correct day?
āNo we canāt refund (reasonable) but we can send someone to pick up the flowers tomorrow and give you the same bouquet back on your correct day (what?)ā
as you can imagine, itās pretty inconvenient to ask the recipient to wait around for their courier to pick up the day old flowers (my partner doesnāt work from home).
My partner couldnāt be home at the time they wanted to get the flowers and they couldnāt offer any mitigation (and they raised their voice at me). I took the hit and just decided to not use this company or even bother getting the refund as they made it evident they needed their 2$ glass jar back and day old wilting flowers even on their faulted delivery.
Long story short: customer service here is 3/10, wouldnāt recommend relying on a specific date for them to deliver OR refund you for any issues made on...

When I call Debās flower market, I spoke to Jose, who appeared to have no record of my order by order number. After providing him with information on the funeral home, the recipient, and my full name and address, Jose said he would research it and call me back with a few minutes. He never called back, so I did. Then he said he had to speak with the delivery driver and would get back with me. Jose never did so I called him the following day. His reply was the flower was delivered to the chapel and he had a signed receipt. Meanwhile I had already called the funeral home who advised florist are advised to take pictures of the floral piece at the funeral home for proof of delivery. Long story short, thereās no pictures of the delivery and the funeral home said they do not sign receipts for delivery unless a special order!
