Menchie's — Local services in Pleasant View

I was so excited when this location opened and have frequented it a lot since. But last week we went in and when I went to pay the girl at the register must have been new and was having issues with it but finally got to where I paid for it. I was then told it didn’t go through and had to pay again. I gave it the weekend to see if the other charge would drop but both went through. We went back in and asked about it and was told there’s nothing they could do and to just take it up with our bank. Was also told that apparently that happens quite a bit. We go there once a week. A free ice cream would’ve fixed it since I probably would’ve turned around and spent the money there anyways if we did get a refund. But just a bit...

The second I walked into this building, the whole atmosphere changed. There manning the counter was a beautiful tall lanky employee, with the beautiful name... Andrew his bright smile lit up my day with joy and divine love. I accidentally defecated on the floor and he handled the situation with grace and dignity! When I spilled my food the employee who was very very feminist and 6 foot 12 cleaned it up while reciting his monster high feminist literature. He actually saved my cat's life and gave me two free sample cups; One large, one small. The service done here by Andrew was something indescribable, words cannot begin to explain how amazing this employee was....

We come to this Menchie’s all the time and tonight was especially disappointing. There were at least five people working and none of them were doing anything. The store was filthy. There was fudge sauce on the floor by the tables. There was fallen fruit and sticky mess in front of the condiment area, and all of the trays of yogurt had spills and old yogurt in the trays that looked like it had been there for a while. I think one of the young men who was working overheard my comment about how dirty it was, and he actually started wiping off tables, but none of the other staff did anything. They were talking and laughing amongst themselves behind...
