Atascosa County Troupe Theatre — Local services in Pleasanton

Was not a pleasant experience for my girls . Rehearsal was chaos the older kids had no respect for the others while they rehearsed running jumping horse playing when trying to hear the kids do their lines. Then they instantly cut my kids out because they missed last rehearsal due to loss of 2 family members when they were ready and willing to perform next day for opening night because they didn’t want to let the team down but they sure didn’t hesitate to cut them so fast. Now I’ve been waiting for a refund $49 for show tickets since Thursday they said I’d get it today Monday and they just giving me the runaround. Of course we’ll never do this again and my own kids said they felt like they weren’t liked every time they asked the director or assistant question they just dismissed them. My girls felt like they didn’t want Mexicans kids in their play which explains why they cut them almost instantly. Mind you I paid for them to be part of the play $35 Seems like I’ll have to file a dispute with my CC since getting refund of $49 by cash app as told isn’t happening. Over all I don’t recommend

This year was our 3rd with the Theatre. My daughter loves it. They always make her feel welcome and wanted. My son was even comfortable enough to participate this year. The kids plays are always so fun to be a part of and watch! I really appreciate that Jessica takes her time and energy to do these plays for our kids to be a part of. And I'm thankful to all the other adults and teens who take so much time to help with props and sound and costumes without pay. Without them we wouldn't have a theater program in Pleasanton for my kids to participate in. I saw so many new faces this year and I hope the program keeps growing and providing a place...

Love this little theater, they put on great shows. They had a couple children's plays this summer with huge casts. The director made sure every child got a part, worked with the families around their vacation/ VBS schedules,....such a wonderful experience for the child actors, great friendships got formed, ...we definitely enjoyed our summer experience at the theater.
