Waited in side they lane almost 45 minutes. 2 separate cars placed their order at the window and then sat there until their food was ready. By the time I got to the window (I ordered online and it showed my order was ready at 7pm) it was after 7:30pm. At first the guy working the window (really nice guy) couldn't find my order in the bags.
A driver said he "just boxed and bagged it" and it's on the shelf. The window worker got it and handed it to me. Boxes were soggy bottomed and less than lukewarm. I asked for a manager. The manager explained they were short handed and he was having to help cook. He offered to remake the order. I accepted. He had me pull forward so they could help the cars behind me. (why couldn't they do this earlier for those other cars?)
After calling my wife and letting her know what was going on... another 45 minutes later, the manager walks all around the building (everywhere EXCEPT where he told me to park) and the pizza was cold again.
He said he would credit me a little more than my order total. Total was around $35, he said he'd credit $40.
Went in a few days later to give them another shot. No credit added to my account. The manager on duty at this time was different. I had to explain the whole thing over, yet again.
End result. I was able to order and they comped it.
It will be a cold day in Hell before I order from them ever again. Which sucks because this is a small town and our only options are Domino's, Little Caesars, and Pizza Hut... unless you want good but over priced Urban Bricks. My favorite is Papa...
Read moreThis location has very unprofessional people working in it. I understand it's fast food, but there's a standard to which employees should behave and speak while on the clock. The blonde kid was fantastic and very respectful. Everyone else was hollering. One kid (Samuel) spent more time hanging out with his friends at a table, calling his coworker a dumbass, and praising his own customer service rather than actually delivering decent customer service. I was standing in the lobby area and heard a woman in the back whining and complaining very loudly. I've worked fast food, so I understand the stress that can come along with demand. However, there's a way to handle that and maybe that's what they need to be taught. Also, after approximately 50 minutes of waiting on 3 personal pan pizzas, they were no where near as fresh as I imagined they would be and we're rubbery. I do really want to highlight that blonde kid at the front though, I wish I caught his name. Through all the chaos, he remained consistent, respectful, and focused. Final note, Pizza Hut..please don't comment on this like you have on other negative reviews, telling me to send a formal email. I tried and it told me my message was undeliverable. I suggest having a sit down and a come to Jesus with your staff. Times get rough, demand gets big, but they need to learn some customer...
Read moreThis restaurant is usually empty. It’s not busy like all the other restaurants in town simply because the locals know the staff here does not care about customer service. I’ve been in plenty of times when we were the only customers there and still it took 20-30 mins just for someone to notice we were there. Usually the waiters are hanging out in the back for 20-30 minutes at a time forgetting to look out in the dining area for customers. I see people get tired of waiting for their drink orders for so long that they walk out all the time totally undetected by any employee. Whoever owns this place needs to get more involved in their business and get this place back to where it used to be. I haven’t seen a bar tender at the bar in years, and drinks is where the company makes most of it’s profit. The only excuse I can think of is maybe the owners have enough money already that they don’t mind this place being unsuccessful. It’s sad because Pizza Hut has better tasting pizza than all the other places in town but eating here is a two hour venture minimum which makes it not...
