I would like to say to everyone that every employee at expawn give the best customer service. They make me feel comfortable and I can honestly say it's almost like family when I get there. Not only do they tend to us as customers they interact with me and socialize and they actually make my day. I have been a customer for quite some time and they have dealt with my good and bad days. They have helped me I needed it. And it means a lot to me. If I could give 10 stars I would. I have worked in customer service and they are exactly how I want to be treated. I can go on and on about this store. I have so many good things to say. Mind you we are from a small town. So with that said. I don't feel out of place when I'm there. Verse been at another pawn shop in Pleasanton and it was not so nice( customer service). Yes the other one has nice things but they could never have the friendliest and great customer service like ez pawn. Like I said before my loyalty is there. I reccomend ez pawn always for there great customer service and kindness. Y'all keep up the good work. Tell your boss and your boss boss y'all need a raise. But honestly it's a great place to be...

I have used EZPawns service multiple times. From receiving Loans to purchasing items from this establishment. The staff is always helpful and friendly even when they are busy. They have a large selection of items and the staff have really stepped up the presentation of the store. Finding items your looking for is simple and if you cant find it they are always willing to help you find it or something close to it at reasonable to excellent prices.

Been to many ez pawns all across Texas and this location in Pleasanton is by far the best in product, customer service and management. They are really knowledgeable in the product they sell, their approach is very professional and at the same time inviting, they make you feel at home and at ease. Management is obviously doing a great job here, I notice this manager is always active here, very welcoming and great work ethic. During these hard times this location has taken Covid-19 serious and is enforcing masks, social distancing and also seen they disinfect constantly, this makes me feel safe and appreciative to their effort in this pandemic.
