UPDATE 4/19/2021- Been back a few times since this trip- I'm really hoping to make this my coffee "go to" but the consistency isn't happening. In all honesty I'm a gold card member to the green mermaid coffee place lol So I'm used to getting my coffee my way and that may be my issue. I just want a 20oz caramel Macchiato w/2 extra shots in a 32oz cup of ice because the heat leaves me with lukewarm coffee and hardly any ice in my iced coffee. One of the young ladies last week was amazing and super friendly and took care of it. I go today and I literally get a blank look with the excuse it's illegal to make a 32oz. Ummmm WTH? REALLY? Then I get a 20oz caramel Macchiato with a small cup of ice. Ummmm again WTH? What am I supposed to do with that in my car while driving? I'm glad i had my large cup from my morning coffee and had to stop in the parking lot and be my own barista trying to mix these two cups into my own. Absolutely ridiculous. As a business owner I would find this extremely wasteful to use 2 cups and a ton of napkins in case I spilled it instead of just making my drink over a bit a extra ice in a bigger cup.
