Express — Local services in Pleasanton

This place is sad. I pride myself in still going to malls and not shopping online. That being said this express is impossible. They have no sizes. Placed my order online to pick up in the store. There was one woman in front of me placing a return. I waited in line for 25 minutes to pick up my order in an otherwise empty store. And surprise the jeans I picked up are incredibly large even though they are the same size as all the other express jeans I have. I haven’t returned the jeans. If it’s loose out on $80 or return to the store I’ll just...

Kind of wacky with enough inventory in and out to make the place look at a bit disorganized at certain parts of the store and the position of this place in the mall means that the all overheard light and lack of natural lighting to make it a bit dim with some harsh shadows lol. Definitely not like the Express stores I remember 15 years ago...

Okay the high end Express lines are still pretty great and worth the extra money so, still worth stopping here for the good...

Horrible experience! Waited 25 minute in line. Without any acknowledgment that I was standing there. I asked politely if I can quickly check out since the customer that they were helping went back on the floor to locate other items, I only had one thing I wanted to buy. The older lady behind the register very rudely said NO!! That she was already into the transaction... didn’t offer to jump on another register to quickly get me on my way. Horrible...
