Therapy Stores — Local services in Pleasanton

While I love the merchandise in the store, the employee customer service is far from acceptable. The Pleasanton Store is never open, the workers are always on break. I called to verify when the break would be and no one picked up. I then checked in and per the sign, was there 2 minutes before they reopened. Since I saw someone inside I knocked on the window and was scolded to never knock on the window and how rude that was. I tried to explain I was in a hurry and just was trying to see if they were open. The employee yelled at me to come back and that I should understand this was her personal time. 1 minute later she opened, did not greet me. I asked for help where an item was and instead only pointed. I took the item to the register to pay- she didn’t thank me, ask if I found everything. And then told me I was an entitled customer. I’ve reached out to corporate to complain because it sounds like other customers had this experience with unhelpful, rude employees and always find the shop closed “on break”. Excellent store in a cute town! I can’t get enough of this store, I always love to pop in whenever I’m in the area. They have a great selection of clothing, accessories, games, books and the cutest gift ideas. The staff are super friendly and really helpful! I had went in looking for something specific that I had seen on a previous browsing trip but couldn’t find it, I asked about it and not only did she check inventory at other stores but also told me she could get it brought over and put on hold for me so I didn’t have to drive to another store! 10/10!
