This place has customer service down to an art form. I had driven by once and was curious about the crowd out front. Recently, my friends came to visit and after a very nice meal at Baci's, we walked over to get Ice cream.

At first, you wonder "Why is there someone yelling across the car lane what flavor and what size of ice cream?" Turns out the person on the sidewalk was taking an order. The driver then gets behind several other cars until the order is ready. Fascinating how they can keep it all straight.

We never made it to the window. Another very nice person took our order while we were in line. He never wrote it down and yet cam back with exactly what we ordered. We were signed, sealed, delivered (paid up) before reaching the front of the line. That was awesome. To top it off this place also has a drive through for all types of other items such as milk and eggs. It was awesome. I'll be back soon.
