Lions Way Park is a great park in downtown Pleasanton. The Friday night concerts are safe and always a perfect array of music. Bring your blankets, chairs and a picnic for a night under the stars. Right next to the most popular I e cream shop in the world,Meadowlark. There is room for kids and dogs to play while you listen to music. The line for ice cream is quite long. Zachary’s, the best Chicago style pizza, in the East Bay, is down the street a bit if you don’t want to pack your own picnic. Plenty of free parking.
