I was here for a musical event where I volunteered as usher. The people are very professional and were very helpful throughout. We got all the support and Denise was the lady who made sure everyone is aligned with the seating rules, allowing people inside while the show is in progress and the exit rules in emergency etc. I was very impressed with their customer service and the support while audiences were coming in to watch the show. The sound system can get better but otherwise it was a perfect stage for performance and with green rooms available for the artists to get ready and be prepared for their performance. There's parking available at the beach of the venue, however it can get full so downtown area has parking space available for public parking which are free.

It is a must place to visit in Pleasanton CA. It offers, art classes, music concerts and more. Harrington Gallery is inside the building with fantastic art shows on display.

The Show Dog Art Reception was outstanding. Everyone had a wonderful time. Also joining the event were therapy dog teams from Valley Humane Society.

This review is for the theater itself and not for any of the artists who perform there.

This is a smaller theater that I really enjoy. The stage is large for the size of the building, it has good fly space for hanging things above the action, and the seating is limited so almost every spot is a good location.

Acoustics seem good, I've seen things done without the assistance of the speakers and can hear the performance just fine. There is a snack bar on the first floor with munchies and drinks.

The lobby is small, it can get packed on a rainy day, but the site does have its own parking lot (which can fill up so don't get to your...

Great venue! My first time seeing a show at the Firehouse Arts Center. It is a very small theatre so very intimate setting. Honestly not a bad seat in the house. We were 3 rows back from the stage and felt like the performer was at our feet. Sound was good and lighting amazing.

The Cellar Door is ties to the venue. Show your ticket at the restaurant and get 20% off. Once you're in downtown Pleasanton though you are within walking distance of lots of great choices for dinner and then the venue. So park your car, have some dinner and head to the show! Great...
