I bought a jumpsuit for my daughter. Within one hour of putting it on one strap and one adjuster on the strap broke. I went to return it, or at least Exchange it but was told no…because it had been worn. She told me they don’t have to. “Michigan Law” states they don’t have to. And for all she knew, my daughter could have been bull riding and that’s why it broke. My daughter wasn’t, by the way, she was sitting in a car and it snapped. She told me small business couldn’t afford it. So, instead of supporting a customer with a $100 problem she has lost hundreds of dollars in future sales from me and my daughter.
