👍I Highly Recommend!! This is my FAVE Healing Stone Store! The staff is really helpful & Knowledgeable. They're Very Organized. I wish it were a bigger building. They have the most BEAUTIFUL things!! They have many versatile items, something for everyone. Don't forget to Look Up because there are AMAZING things hanging from the ceiling and high on the walls. Their stones come with little "property definition" cards and I LOVE that!! And unlike some Stone/Crystal Stores, there is NO overpowering smell from Incense. Their Free Awards Card gets you a punch for every $10. After 10 punches get $10 off $10. It seems like they're always reorganizing (which is good) but since it's a small store, It can personally make me feel like I can't look at things. It is however Worth every second Spent in here! And I can spend a LONNNNNNG time in Earth Lore!! ☺️✌

Earth lore is a great store with an almost endless supply of spiritual tools. The store is wonderful. The prices are great and the lay out is great. The gentleman helping me was very nice but there was a young lady working there who was very sharp and cold and I'm not sure why. She wouldn't even smile when greeted me. While I was trying to count my money to pay she took my money from the counter while I was still counting it. I said 'excuse me' and she said oh sorry. Her attitude was so cold and not really conducive to spiritual vibes. I'm a very sensitive person and I just couldn't understand her attitude. I'm very nice to everyone so I didn't need that kind of spirit to darken my day. Sad. But I wish her the best and I love this store. Update: I wrote this review 5 years ago and have been a regular to earth lore for this long. Many others on here have also wrote on the subject that im going to speak on with as much honesty and courage as possible. My visits are few and far between as the owners daughter is still there and still treating employees like literal trash. She speaks rudely to everyone not just me. She has yelled at other customers in my presence. I'm not being singled out but since I'm an empath it does bother me greatly. A few years ago I arrived 45 min before closing time and she kept announcing loudly to everyone that they were closing and made everyone uncomfortable and was extremely rude. She has always has a bitter sour tone and a frown. Why are you making at an establishment for spiritual enlightenment. She accused me of stealing once before as well because I was walking around with a 45 dollar item in my basket. I went there with a friend before who was walking around with an 80 dollar item and it was no problem for the other employees. I still recommend earth lore to others but tell them beware of the girl with dark brown hair. She is extremely rude to all patrons especially ones of color. She is always angry. I've been going there 5 years and still don't get a greeting or memory of my name. Her energy is always upsetting and I've left the store in tears on at least 5 occasions. And why is the store of this nature so impersonal that I've never met the owner? Why is she angry? If I was around healing stones all day I would take advantage and try to let the bitterness and rage against others melt away instead of taking it out on paying customers. We don't deserve it. Shes been rude before when asked if a public restroom was available. I dont expect to be treated special because I spend so much money there. She said before she knows how much I spend. All I want is for me and others to feel welcomed and accepted. Now that we have to get in line due to covid she seems angry and even more impatient when people come in and denied that I signed up for thr line. I had the text to show her that I had. A friend of mine called on the phone because he wanted to buy a gift card. The girl told him not to worry about the sign up and come in. The angry girl blew up and the other employee calmed her down and informed her she has spoken to the gentleman on the phone and she had said he could come in. It makes me a little nauseous when she wraps up my items after I purchase because I don't want the hateful and negative energy affecting my items. She doesn't have to act spiritual or say namaste but work at Walmart not earth lore if you can't be in tune with this place and have anger issues towards people. Instead of a smile she always frowns and I used to take It personally until other people said she did exactly the same thing. Today was hurtful as well since my appointment was at 6 30. I did arrive 20 min early but there weren't many other patrons. Her cold intense stare and impersonal rude attitude was such s turn off. I'm already recovering from covid and some other things I didn't need the energy and bad customer service. I counted about 8 other customers. This issue needs to come to the surface as everyone else is making reviews on the same girl. I will be posting to Instagram Facebook and...

This is in no way to defame this store, these are my personal experiences and opinions of mine and some of my friends who have been here as well, and as far as my experiences and opinions go, all of this review is alleged and I encourage anyone who is worried about attending this store based on my review to contact them if you are worried of this happening to you. I assume/hope they have changed at least some of these problems and alleged issues stated below.

I was physically hurt by a product of theirs that I mention below. The chances of being physically hurt by their products are probably slim to none, I assume it has only happened once so it probably won't happen to you, this is only for informational purposes.

Wow I took a look at other people's reviews before I did mine and I feel a lot better because I had NO idea I was not the only former customer who felt this way... you'd think after so many reviews saying they are so mean there that they would make a change, but as you can see by their replies, they are still so full of themselves they are not only unapologetic but they are also defensive.

The employees are SO mean, rude, and very snooty. And other people are spot on about the employees breathing down your neck, I finally felt so uncomfortable I just put the crystals I was going to purchase back, left and I have never returned there since. I really thought I was the only person who felt this way but I guess not.

Skip earth lore, if you want to over pay for low quality crystals & products and hang around snooty employees who think they are better than you this is the perfect place to spend your time at that you can never get back. Their crystals break too, and some are just painted over.

1 time I purchased what was a product advertised for personal use, definitely not advertised as a crystal, but i'm pretty sure it was a crystal. Instead, it was a crystal with sharp edges that slit my skin right open when used, which the employees were not apologetic about when contacted. Again, this probably won't happen to you but I feel it is important to share. Just don't waste your time and DEFINITELY please don't waste your money. As a professional psychic myself, I don't know if others also felt this way, but when I went in there I got super super sick from the horrible energy and as soon as I walked out the door I felt SOOO much better.

Go to a crystal shop called crystal treasures instead, the owner is so nice and intelligent, she can answer any questions you can ever think of. They also have a shaman, Joe Pahl, who is so good I was bedridden for 5 years and 1 session with him and all of my sickness was permanently gone. Lol you will not find that at earth lore. They also have a couple psychics there too, i've also met life long friends there, which you definitely will not meet at earth lore. You will be treated so well and the prices are so cheap especially for their high quality crystals and products!

In a nutshell, shame on you earth lore. Just shame on you....

I would have loved to give five stars but here is why I didn't. First, I understand the popularity of oil diffusers, however, as some might love the smell, some are sensitive to it. My husband could not stay in the store with me after driving an hour and 20 minutes to visit the store because he was instantly overcome by the oil diffuser. I even felt my eyes burn a little at first and it was not pleasant after browsing the store for awhile. I just wish they toned it down a little so my husband could enjoy the store with me. Another customer next to me said she was getting a headache from the smell since she walked in, too. Also, what other people have said about the rudeness of some of the employees is very much true. The owner, unless the rude person is her or related, should try to be receptive of this feedback, not disregard it. Most people who visit places like metaphysical stores tend to be sensitive to energies of others and empathic, so rude and impatient energy will be picked up instantly. However, the gentleman working was very pleasant. I asked for an item and the girl bluntly said they didn't have it. The gentleman came in behind her and said he would look and did find what I was looking for, and he continued to see of they had other variations of it. Then, the topper for the one rating. I have visited several metaphysical stores throughout the years. It is always considered to me to be a spiritual encounter. I am there to find items that enhance, cleanse, and heal energies. When a store owner or employee gives you a five minute call out for the store to close I was shocked. What kind of store owner pushes prospective sales out of the door? If you didn't want to be there, close at 4 and expect for everyone to leave by 5. Simple and respectful to your customers. That is a lack of consideration for their customer and also brings negative mojo to their stores prosperity, I won't ever be back and I am a large buyer checking them out for the first time. I would suggest locking the door when it closes, lower lights and start shutting things down, your customers will get the subtle hint, but do not to scream through the store that everyone has five minutes left to get their things and check out? Even telling customers who came in last minute that they were closing and only had a few minutes. Very unwelcoming feeling. I don't feel like the people who were working there, excluding the gentleman, appreciate and respect the true spiritual connection that a customer of a metaphysical store hopes to experience. They did have great items which makes this all the more disheartening. I wanted to really love this store and to come back and bring other buyers. You just don't get the usual calming metaphysical store energy and welcoming feeling that you would...
