What a surprise. This town is lucky to have such a great museum. I've lived in this area most of my life and never realized that there was such a great museum here. I also noticed that this is a "stand alone" self sufficient museum, meaning that it is not funded by the City or anyone but donations and entry fees. If you can't pay the small $5 entry fee (as someone posted in a previous review) then you must not any appreciation for history and what this place does to keep its doors open. When I called they made zero effort to make it right (and offering an inferior replacement does not count). Obviously my name was removed from the records to hide this. The poor handling of this situation has bothered me ever since so I felt the need to share my story. The fact it is being denied so vehemently even now definitely shows me nothing has changed.
A shame as this was an interesting museum to visit, but alas it is...
