So, how can I top the other five-star reviews! My experience working with Jeff is absolutely in line with all of the consistent reviews singing his praise. Jeff exceeded my expectations in every aspect of our business/client relationship. His expertise, one-of-a-kind artistry, open collaboration and suggestions, excellent communication and responsiveness, work ethic and integrity, and so much more, earned him his much deserved five-star rating.

I need to step back to the beginning, which was the start of a dream come true for me. I recently moved back to Michigan, after living in Colorado for 25 years. About ten years ago, I did a significant remodel of my townhouse. I am very fond of Native American culture and art. I had alot of custom work done; my fireplace mantel and refacing, being my favorite. It was emotional for me to leave my labor of love behind... sigh. I thought that I would never find this type of artistry again. I looked for mantels everywhere. There was nothing that could compare. I felt so defeated until I came across Jeff in my search, and he was right in my backyard!

Jeff responded to me the same day. When we sat down and spoke, it was heartwarming to feel his understanding of my wants and needs. I was tearful when I realized "he got it." It was nothing but elation as I saw it come together. The finished mantel and refacing brought tears of joy (sorry for being a cry baby Jeff)!

Jeff was a dream to work with for our (almost) whole home renovation. He custom made three bathroom vanities, an upper bathroom cabinet, our entire mudroom of built ins, and a built in entertainment center for our family room. His professionalism from beginning to end was great, working hand in hand with my husband and me as the clients, our designer, and our contractor- including meeting with all of us at once to make sure that when install time came, the contractor had everything he needed for everything to go smoothly. Everyone was kept updated on his end at all times, which made the process that much better- no stress and wondering what’s going on.

Jeff’s attention to detail from the CAD process to finished product was unparalleled. The finished product just reeks of quality, since Jeff uses plywood and solid wood instead of MDF like the big box companies (including the “high end” ones). I have never been happier!
