If I could give zero stars, I would. Purchasing lighting for my new home in April and they said they would hold it until we were ready to instal. I reached back out to pick up. First, it took hours for them to locate the order and the associate (Paula) asked me if I had paid (which I had in full). She was accusatory in her tone. Second, they sold the beaded chandelier I had purchased and another had to be ordered (which was going to take weeks to get). I did go in to pick up the large pendants I purchased for over my kitchen island and one had a completely different finish from the other. They didn't have another one and the only solution was to order a new one, which would take weeks to arrive. This all took place over at least 10 phone calls and a visit to the store. The associates have no idea what is going. The young girl in the Plymouth location is snotty and very unapologetic. Overall, a horrible experience. I would not recommend ordering anything that requires attention to detail (or that you care too much about), as Haven is SURE...

I have worked with Haven and owner Martha McMeekin on several design projects and have been so happy with the end results! Martha is incredibly talented, with a great eye for design and her customers personal style, but also a friendly and fun demeanor. Our biggest project with her was a full kitchen remodel.We turned to her for help because our kitchen is an extension of our great room which she had remodeled beautifully a few years before. While Haven isn't in the kitchen design business, Martha agreed to help as the creative designer on our project and her ideas were fresh and exciting and our new kitchen is stunning and perfect for us. The icing on the cake was all the design elements she brought from her store to complete the look and make our kitchen look polished and personal. The Lee barstools she ordered us as well were pricey but just finished the look and are the most comfortable and lovely bar stools! Thanks to Martha and her team at Haven for your dedication to making our project a huge success. You are a delight...

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE! I love this store! I just want to move in and live there. Today I walked in on a whim and picked up a couple things. About 30 minutes later I was still in the neighborhood and broke one of the items. So I walked back in the store to buy another one and they offered to give me a new one. I argued for a minute not feeling right since I broke the item but they insisted and I excepted the offer for a new one. Love...
