I called Bob to inquire on a property. The online posting did not provide photos of the inside of the property.

Upon calling and asking if it was possible to receive photos of the property Bob denied sending me these photos and proceeded to tell me he does not want to work with any client who cannot drive "right over" to the property and walk inside. He did ask me why I wanted photos, and I told him I was curious about seeing the layout of the inside. He said he does not want to work with anyone who is not an ideal candidate. He did not ask me any further questions about what type of organization or interest I had for the property. He was very rude and unprofessional assuming that I lived in the area and could easily drive to visit the property. I ended up hanging up on him after he proceeded to make me feel insecure and uncomfortable. I wanted to spread the word for others to beware of working with someone so disrespectful.

It is fair to say I will not nor ever plan to work with Bake Real Estate...

I really lucked out finding Sorra at Bake Real Estate. She knew so much about the area I was interested in and never pressured me into something I was uncomfortable with.
