So we have tried this breakfast lunch place a couple of times and over all i do recommend this place to eat but I really wish they would do a few things. 1) The sound from the kitchen really hurts the atmosphere. You can hear the conversation and them yelling back and forth. Especially when the servers and cooks xhat between the windows. Also seriously how loud does the music have to be ... ita not a pub/bar. 2) OMG bring your winter coat it is so cold in there. I am sure that it's quite hot in the kitchen and they love it but when your sitting there having breakfast and your trying to keep your hands warm but cuddling with your coffee cup...something is amiss. 3) The place really is just loud and no matter how quiet people are it's just very noisy. And I am legally hard of hearing and should wear hearing aids but I do not. With regards to the food. Overall their menu is very extensive. Lots of choices for breakfast and lunch. I personally wish that they would get rid of that high fructose LogCabin maple syrup. Can we please get something better? They really should ban that high fructose corn syrup. The restaurant is family friendly. Just plan on a wait to sit down especially on weekends and holidays.

We had a great experience at the Plymouth Brunch House! I had four kids with me, each with different tastes, and everyone found something they loved. We arrived around 11 a.m. during spring break, and even though it was busy, we were seated within 5 minutes. Our waitress was friendly and helpful—she knew the menu well and answered all of our questions with ease. The food came out quickly and was absolutely delicious. From the time we walked in to when we paid the check, everything was done in about 30–40 minutes, which is amazing when you're dining with kids! The atmosphere was bright and welcoming—lots of people enjoying their meals, beautiful natural light pouring in through big windows, and a charming mural that added a fun touch to the space. I’m already looking forward to coming back on a sunny summer day to sit outside and enjoy the patio! It’s a smaller space, which I think is expected, but the staff do their best to keep things moving. There isn’t a great waiting area, so if the weather isn’t ideal, I could see it being a bit tricky during busy times. That said, they kept the line moving and we were seated quickly—even on a packed morning. Highly recommend!

This is an early rating, so it should be taken with a grain of salt. Things will undoubtedly improve as this new business works out the kinks. Atmosphere: The vibe was busy, cramped and very loud. There were too many people lingering at their tables long after they had finished eating. Meanwhile, the waiting area was full and overflowing outside. It was very loud, and conversation was difficult. This was at 12:15 on a Friday, and I think this should improve with time. Food: I got a traditional Eggs Benedict. The Hollandaise sauce was on the verge of breaking and the eggs were nearly hard boiled versus poached with runny yolk as I expected. Overall, the flavor was good and the side of potatoes was plentiful and nicely seasoned. Coffee was good as well. Service: Our server was outstanding! She had a great smile, great attitude, and was very attentive. I think the outstanding service easily overshadowed the startup kinks, and I’ll definitely try again when things settle down. Overall, I wasn’t blown away, but there is a lot of potential. I’ll try again in a few months after things settle down a bit.

The staff and food were both great! Every staff member smiled and waved at our baby, which is more unusual than you'd think! However, everything else was very much giving "the owner here is incredibly cheap, nickel and dimes each customer. Worst part first, there are NO CHANGING STATIONS in either restroom. To me personally, that just screams cheap, bad owner. You can not be considered a "family friendly" restaurant if I'm expected to change my infant on a disgusting bathroom floor. We came in before 11, and the floor was SOAKED and slippery. The toilet paper holder was broken, so the rolls are sitting out in unsanitary places where the toilet water hits it as it flushes.

Second, we ordered a kids meal for my son. Kids meals come with fries only, which is the most unhealthy side on the menu. $4.5 for fries alone, and $3.5 for a side of Avocado. When I asked to sub fries for Avocado (the cheaper option) I was told I could not and I'd need to pay full price for an extra side to get the Avocado. We do, but then we do not get the fries the kids meal came with, that we paid for. Something about not allowing sides to be subbed, and only offering kids fried food with no veggie option does not sit right with me at all. The baby's meal ended up costing as much as an adult meal. They were also really scarce with the napkins. I could tell they're given a "limit" on how many they can put down at once. Overall, even though the staff and food were both great, we won't be back. Especially not with children as this place is sadly NOT child or...

Attended Plymouth Brunch House today on Mother’s Day following a wonderful service. The wait wasn’t bad, but it was packed (due to the occasion and new opening of course we expected that). Unfortunately I’ve now come to find out the recruitment of servers specifically is faulty. I didn’t catch her name, but we had a very unenthusiastic and inattentive server during our sitting. We were checked on twice, as we watched her sit in the kitchen area and stare over at our table when we were clearly in need of (refills, jelly for toast, napkins, etc). It became so much of a pattern that we tried to get the attention of another server who was just standing in place around our table. She was asked to bring a simple pack of jelly for us and looked all of our family dead in the face without saying a word. Not one word, just took our comments and walked away. She never returned with said jelly that we requested. Our original server asked if we needed boxes, and then never brought them or the bill. I had to personally walk up to the cashier and request our bill and the boxes. The food wasn’t bad, but I ordered a breakfast quesadilla which ended up just being a meet omelet flattened inside a burnt crispy flour tortilla, again not bad but just wasn’t too appetizing or as I expected. This restaurant is new of course, so I’m hoping the server experience ends up being better in the future. Overall though, customer service is extremely important and should be focused on with extensive training prior to a...

Mom & I were excited to support a new local restaurant. We picked a slower time (1:30 pm—they close at 3 pm). It was a little more than 3/4 full with what looked like plenty of wait-staff. We were promptly seated, given menus and waited, and waited. I finished my email, we had a lingering conversation with the lady at the next table, we watched a couple finish their meal, pay and leave. We kept looking around at the new decor & the wait-staff helping others. I decided not to wave someone down just to check how long they were going to let us sit there.

I honestly didn't check my watch, but at least ten minutes. We were saying to each other, isn't this odd? The place didn't look short staffed, no one was rushing around. We decided to leave. No one approached us as we put in our coats. I looked back as we approached the door & i saw the lady who seated us back by the wait-staff station. I caught the eye of another waitress who said, “Thanks for coming!” I said, and most of the restaurant heard me as it is a small place, “ We didn't eat here. We have been waiting at our table and no one came.” I saw the guy at the register look up and the wait-staff too, but no one tried to address the situation. Again, how odd.

On the bright side, the menu looked good. Too bad I will never...
