To get to the point of this review, I had a very scary situation with another customer I was introduced to here, while with one of my friends a few weekends ago. The whole thing was very uncomfortable and highly potentially dangerous. We thankfully got out safely after running into some friends inside. I found out many others have had a similar situation as I at this bar as well. I was in contact with one of the waitresses, and I was told that there are no cameras in the back, where the incident happened. How convenient. I called to talk to the owner 4 times, so that I can let her know what’s going on, so that she can do the right thing to make sure this doesn’t keep happening. The first two calls no one answered, one of those times I left a voicemail stating why I was calling and my contact info. I call a 3rd time (all in the span of a few days to a week apart. I was giving them the time to call me back when they could) someone finally answers, I tell her how I am trying to get ahold of the owner and the reasoning why, but she said she wasn’t there. So she wrote down my name and number to give to her. I even got in contact with one of the waitresses online, and told her exactly what happened THE NIGHT it happened, she took my number down to give to them. I hear nothing back. I tried to call again this week, and no one answered…. Again. It has now been 3 weeks and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I didn’t want to bring this situation here, but they left me no choice. The owner clearly doesn’t care about her customers. If I knew anyone was trying to contact me, especially with such a matter, I would absolutely make it my priority. I will never go back here again personally and neither will my friends. Which is sad because the staff is very kind there, and it was a fun place to hang with good food. But the night life is another story. It’s too bad it had to come to this and nothing can be resolved from this with the owner, unless I could possibly one day get a call...

Flat out rude. I am a contractor for the company that does fire supression here and the way staff treated me was disrespectful and down right gross. Actually happy to have my last stop of the day be a good dinner spot, fuigured I could get my super quick work done, clock out, and have something to eat. I arrived at 2:45 understanding they open at 3:00 but knowing staff is on site and working in restaraunts myself, you always let contractors do their buisness furthest away from the customer.I saw staff at the bar beyond the locked door and made eye contact, they ignored me. so i called the number on my paperwork, no answer! So I called the buisness itself and still no answer even though they could see me standing in the window on the phone with their phone ringing. At this point its flat out disrespect and ignoring me! Finally at 3pm they open the door so I can finally do a job that I was brought here by them to do, and the lady hit me with a very nasty tone of "usually you guys go to the back!" this is my first time here and I was never made aware of this but it just told me the entire time she knew who I was and ACTIVELY CHOSE to ignore me, her and her bartender friend. So not only did no one inside feel like answering any phones for contract work, they disrespected the workers who show up! I asked why she let me stand there for 15 minutes and her reply had me boiling "I was just opening up." I'm very non confrontational, nothing id say at that point would do any good in the situation so i finished the job, clocked out and sat on the bench outside to leave this review. I will not be going here for dinner now or any other time. Update: went back in to ask the name of the rude bartender, it is Patty. I had a long day, Patty, that was a very...

Let me preface this with the fact that everyone in my party has worked in food service for years. My party of 4 were quickly seated and proceeded to wait for any further interaction from the staff. We watched as another party of three came was seated, approximately 15 minutes after we were and immediately receive water(with which none of the people in my party had been provided) and place drink orders. We were patient and tried to get the attention from any of the wait staff, which was ignored. Also the manager was clearly seen wandering around, also ignoring us. Additionally, we made eye contact with both of the hosts at the front who then went back on Snapchat and continued ignored us rather than see if there was any way in which they could assist. My party gave up and left after 40 minutes. On our way out the door the hosts had the audacity to say “have a good night.” I returned inside after that comment and asked calmly and plainly “so, did you just not want to serve us or what?” To which they only offered excuses instead of solutions or apologies. Saying they had a “miscommunication” and I rebutted with the fact that other parties adjacent had been taken care of promptly as well as the pointed out both hosts were on their phones instead of assisting in the situation. One of the hosts then threw a fit and ran to the back of the restaurant. All of the people in my party have worked in food service for years and all were astonished at how terribly the staff handled this entire...

Have never had problems with this bar before, but this bus boy had no qualms with clearing his way through patrons, without announcing he needed any space. My back was turned to him and he pushed his way through us, knocking my right leg out from behind me and causing me to roll my ankle (was in heels too). When I asked him about it, he said I was in his way and shouldn't of been, then point blank, verbatim, said he didn't care that he injured me. I've never seen any of the other employees there do anything like this, they typically announce in some form that they are trying to pass through (either by saying something first or tapping people before barreling by). Especially if the customer's back is turned to them without warning...

I would avoid this place at all cost. We went this weekend and it's definitely the buddy system at 10:00 we watched a lady with her stroller (yes and a baby see pic) walk in the back door. We continued to follow her in and we were greeted with very rude bouncers that said we weren't allowed in. The bouncer even looked at the other bouncer that let the lady with the stroller in and said "see what you started". We spoke to the manager Jen and she told us to go out and try again. We let her know what happened she rolled here eyes cause we "weren't her people". What we did learn is right down the street is the "Ebenezer bar". Omg please go there. Way friendlier staff and a much better experience.

Came here for some celebratory drinks with my fiancé….first off the server we had was amazing that servers name was Ryan! He bought us both a round of shots. After that the owner was here and came up to talk to us for awhile. Made us feel like regulars and that’s what really matters to me when I go to bars! Thanks for the great experience Post Bistro, we’ll be back. :-)
