Ollie's Bargain Outlet — Local services in Plymouth

I've been to several Ollie's before and have always had a good experience. This was my first time to this Ollie's and it will be my last. I went to walk in the store and an employee asked if I had a card. I said no do you need a card to get in this store? He said I could come with him and get signed up. I said no thank you and left. He never said why I needed a card or what it was for and obviously didn't care that I left. If I need to register to shop here I won't be back no other Ollie's I've ever been to refused entry to the store without a card, nor have I ever had to use a card at other Ollie's to make a purchase. Lots of other stores in this area I walked into the store nearby and bought my purchases there instead. Went in today looking for a beach umbrella, found one I thought would work but had a few questions for an associate the cashier was trying to help me and was trying to ask her manager a question for me the manger ignored the cashier question and was complaining about other employees standing around put her finger up to say one minute and walked away. I informed the cashier I would not be buying anything from the store due to her manager being rude and unhelpful. Deals are good and selection is broad. Great place to browse for stuff you didn’t know you needed. Nice selection of books, snacks and toys. There is something for everyone, and you will always end up buying more than you came for.
