Okay so I've gone to Jamba Juice here in Pocatello over on Yellowstone road a few different times. Now the first time I had Jamba Juice it turned out to be pretty damn tasty. However the second time I went that wasn't the case at all, I wound up getting sick to my stomach and committing "Montezuma's revenge" in the latrine. As for the third time I visited them I got the same drink as the last two times a La Vida Mocha with peanut butter, 3G energy blend and Whey protein boosts to which I codenamed 4 x 4. So this time around when I went to Jamba Juice to get the same smoothie I bought the last two times, welp while consuming it I had nearly swallowed a unidentifiable chunky and slimy something rather or another (see pic below). I'm quite unsure as to what the unholy hell it is I almost swallowed but I can most certainly guarantee you it's not any of the following ingredients; cold brew coffee, chocolate Moo'd, nonfat frozen yogurt, chocolate Moo'd base, soymilk, ice, bananas, peanut butter, a blend of green tea, guarana and ginseng, or whey protein. I'm just saying that it's advisable that Jamba Juice employees double checks which ingredients they do or do not put into people's smoothies before...
Read moreThis is the BEST SERVICE in a Jamba Juice I have ever had, and considering I have been to Jamba Juice all over the US -AND- they are known for great service, that says a LOT. Rob is the person working here today. He is friendly knows his customers, asks about their families, shares with them. I have never been here before (I don't live here, just passing thru) and he treated me the same way, as if we were friends for a lifetime. Jamba Juice, I am giving you fair warning: I am going to poach this guy from you on my next trip. He is fantastic!
Plus, not only did he make everything perfect (believe me, that is a trial considering I special order my drinks, as in "plural"), while making mine, he kept a running conversation with me and handled 3 other customers, getting their orders perfect as well. And, I got a business tip that is actually worth my time to check out.
Overall, my shakes are exactly what I wanted, taste great and I ENJOYED the service I received. Like I said, I need him in my business and I am seriously...
Read moreGo to Joy’s Juice if you want a PLANT BASED SMOOTHIE (624 E Benton) is the address. Jamba Juice in Pocatello is one of two smoothie shops, being a Pocatello local I have come in well over 100 times over my life. Today I had a super LAME experience with them. They recently got rid of their oat milk frozen dessert, leaving plant based dietitians or people with lactose or whey protein allergies/intolerance without a plant based option. They have a coconut-whip but have a hard time using it as a replacement for yogurt. I tried to order a Orange Dream Machine Plant based as I have done dozens of times and the owners wife was unwilling to make it for me. I explained to her I have lactose and whey allergies and she again offered to make it for me with yogurt…ummm? Then when I told her I no longer wanted a smoothie she kept trying to “make something else work” it was extremely frustrating and annoying. As I mentioned, I have ordered this smoothie PLANT based dozens of times and other staff has had no issue making it for me...
