After my gaming computer started giving me some problems. I took it in to be repaired and had a great experience concidering the problems I was having. Ben was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me diagnose and correct the problem. They even swapped out parts for me in an effort to fix the issue. I wasn't charged for these parts as they weren't needed.

Laser Xpress has the worst customer service on the planet. If you have a month and a half to leave your computer with them, are happy to receive almost zero word about what they're doing with your computer, and don't mind being treated like a thorn in their backside, I would totally recommend this place.
