Scoops N Sliders — Restaurant in Pocatello

Wow!!! Loved this shop! My husband and I are ice cream fanatics, so we definitely went to investigate. We also are from Wisconsin and know good Custard and Icecream. THIS STORE HAS BEEN AWARDED BEST ICECREAM IN IDAHO, 2022 AND 2024-

And for good reason! It's homemade and amazing!! They mix a higher percentage of milk fat- so the creamy texture is SOOO GOOD. Very similar to a Gelato experience. The flavors are fun and different! There's an option to get 4 scoops called a Flight. Which is a steal for the price. Definitely recommend that. Not all the flavors are as "bright" as Gelato because of the thick creaminess, but the flavors are delish. One lady came in while we were sitting there and went on and on about how she was addicted to the Cookie and Cream Cookie flavor.

We tried Honey Lavendar (a little too sweet/soapy for me), Oreo Cookie Dough (YUM!), Berry Sunset (like a smoothie and cream, not too sweet), and Triple Chocolate Brownie (YUM! Not as chocolately as I expected, super even). With Waffle Chips instead of a waffle cone! But the smell of those waffles was so good.

And we got a Cookie dough slider. Which was PERFECT. We had classic vanilla icecream and chocolate chip cookies. It was so good, you could almost share it between too, but definitely so yummy we both wanted to finish it. But enough icecream that it was so filling.

The owners/staff were extremely nice and helpful, and explained the menu to us. They also gave us a sticker of their Sparrow Mascot !! Such a great atmosphere, plenty of seating inside and outside.

Also SO many dairy free options!!!

Scoops N Sliders has become a weekly family tradition, and a favorite tradition at that. I'm admittedly not even an ice cream person but I find myself craving Scoops N Sliders throughout the week. An absolute gem of a local business.

My family and I recently stopped in for the first time a couple nights ago. The owners were very friendly, the shop was clean and put together nicely, and the prices seemed very appropriate, especially when you consider the large portion sizes (1 scoop was almost too much for me, but I'm not a huge ice cream person). They had a lot more unique flavors than I had expected, especially knowing that all the ice cream is homemade in their store. We all loved the flavors we tried, and I had the best cookie dough ice cream I've ever had. Easily the best place in town to get a frozen dessert. Overall very impressed and can't wait to go back to try...

This place is fantastic. I stopped on my way through town to scratch the icecream itch and I was not disappointed, and neither will you be. A warm, family run place. All the kids working there were so friendly and polite (and family), and the icecream was great. Lots of standard and innovative flavors to choose from. This is NOT a corporate chain store that specializes in SEO as much as their products, so don't expect a slick atmosphere devised by a big, edgy marketing department. E.g., theres a regular fridge in the store where they keep pre-made pints. Just expect great, salt of the earth, small town mountain west people and delicious icecream.
