I usually have no problems going to this location.And I have always found it to be nice , neat and in order. However, this past Thursday when I went to this location.Looking for a plastic pumpkin pail for my daughter to go.Trick-or-treating with to which the website said that this store had them in stock.Which is why I drove there in the first place only to be informed that they didn't have anything. After scoping the Halloween section on my own.Trying to locate the item and being unsuccessful.I reached out to a representative on the sales floor. I don't know her name but she had glasses on and like weird blonde /brown hair and she informs me oh, if we have it.It be on the back wall which is clearly visible to her and I that backwall was empty to which I informed her where because the wall is empty. I then proceed to mention how the website said it was in stock here.She looks it up on her her store device and also sees that It said it was in stock and then decides to tell me oh well sometimes the app glitches. To which I responded well, how does that help me ? The option to purchase the pumpkin online for instore Pick up was available. So I proceeded to ask her so if I were to place my order to come pick it up in store.Where would the employee locate that pumpkin for me?So we could kind of figure out where she could find it. And instead of providing the solution she continues to tell me you're not corresponding with what i'm saying. Which is actually the incorrect term.I think she wanted to say comprehending. Which I did understand what she was saying, but she wasn't being understanding of my frustration that the app said they were available at that store, I went there specifically for that. And she tells me to look at an empty back wall. She couldnt even be bothered to go check the back.Or help me look through the aisles to locate the item. God forbid she actually had to do her job. I have worked in customer service for years myself.And I know it's a thankless job but if ur not willing to even provide the minimalist amount of customer service.Then...
   Read moreI appreciate Target in Pomona CA . I've never had an issue here . They are very organized , employee will always help be very polite and you just get a calm nice energy to shop comfortably. I visited Walmart in Pomona and was harassed and followed by one of their employee who was stressed out about keeping their Isle clean so they didn't want us to look at the toys. I was Christmas shopthey got in front of me to not touch anything . I left to a different Isle and they followed me to not look or take down anything which was so frustrating to my kids who were getting ideas for Christmas. Nothing like this would ever happen at Target. Target employees always greet you , ask if you need assistance , have the carts clean , have mask available and cashier are friendly , they have helped me bagged my items and remind me to use my red circle account. I'm so so happy with target and will never go back to Walmart until they have better services or training for their employee. Target thank you for me being the comfortable , safe and happy place to do my shopping .    Read moreThe Target Checker at check Stand #6 had told me and my family to go to another check stand because he had just turned off his #6 light. The light was on for his check stand as well as check stand #4. Check stand #8, had her light off but was completing a transaction with a customer. The checker at check stand #6 appeared to be having trouble with the two Latino customers as he was processing their transaction. I stepped away for a moment leaving my 12 year old daughter in line of check stand #6 with the cart of items we were to purchase. Upon my return the two customers were gone and the check stand light at #6 was now off. I relayed to the checker that we had been waiting here in line. He responded that we had not and that we must go to another line. I again relayed that my daughter was here waiting in line as I had stepped away to respond to my other two children who wanted me to look at something they had wanted to buy. He then walked away. I then took a photo at the check stand light, that was now off. I also, took a photo of check stand #4 with her light on.
