Worst Walmart I've ever been to. So many items in glass cases and if you need something from inside one of them be ready to wait for up to 20 minutes for it. On two occasions Ive needed something from a cabinet and had to wait much longer than it takes to do two laps around the whole store so I'm not sure what that's about.
They don't carry a lot of the products most other locations have including Walmarts own brand! Also Cynthia, the girl who is usually at the self checkout is really rude anytime you need anything at all let alone have to ask her to do something while she's gossiping with her coworkers. If you do that be ready for some eye rolling, dirty looks, and her talking to you while not even looking in your direction.
Speaking of self checkout, they don't have the handheld scanners so if your item is large you have to somehow manage to flip your item the correct way on top of the scanner, push the trays of chips and other products back because they're in the way all while listening to the two employees right behind you not even trying to assist talk about wether they should take a break or not. Oh yeah and usually only two of the four self check outs are working which always leads to lines being held up.
Lastly as you try to leave you'll be asked to show your receipt and have to let them scan at least one of your items to make sure you're not stealing. Have your hands full? Doesn't matter, they'll patiently wait while you put everything down and put the receipt right in their hand because they again, were too busy gossiping to see that you were trying to hand the receipt to them a little lower because your hands are full.
I get that Walmart has to watch their product and I'm sure they're is a lot of stealing going on but treating everyone like a criminal isn't good for business unless you're a prison. Theres a target really close and Ive been stopping there first lately to grab what I can there and only things I can't get at Target I get at the Walmart. This location needs to be looked at closely because it really is by far the worst Ive ever been to and most aren't that great to begin with so that's...
Read moreThis has to be one of the worst Walmarts I’ve ever experienced. My experience started off by walking through the doors and smelling a disgusting smell inside, an odor that you would never want to smell inside of a grocery store. the store continued to get worse as I looked around and saw all the trash all over the floor, how poorly the shelves were thrown together rather than neatly stoked shelves I’m used to seeing. The mixing and matching of items on the shelf, and the lack of tags to indicate an items cost were maddening. The associates working there have to be the rudest and most uneducated folk I have ever seen, the way they cussed and spoke on the floor, with customers walking around them is just the utter definition of unprofessional. No one wanted to help you they were all to busy on their phone or listen to music using there phone!!! The lines were longer than the never ending story, and the cashiers were not in a rush to try to work efficiently and get you out of there. The cashier I had checked the man out before me then looked at his items that were still separated from mine with the gray bar and asked “oh wait was these thingys or stuff yours” I just laughed at her poor grammar and my whole experience because what could I do, I was in the worst store ever made. She then had to charge the gentleman a second time adding to our all ready agonizingly long wait to check out. I only wish I had taken pictures of the trashiness that’s inside this Wal-Mart to help you avoid such a horribly terrible experience, when all your doing is trying to run in, grab some items quickly, and run back out! AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE...
Read moreEdit on 09-12-22: It seems like they're hiring more customer centric employees. Just basically better attitudes. Still plenty of other things wrong that most likely has to do with how the store is being managed. I doubt i can ever give this WM 5 stars since the stores like a wild card, for now
Edit on 04-14-22: been goin back here and starting to notice they're hiring better employees.
Edit: was just back there recently and had to deal with an employee that's been there a long time. By the treament I received, seems like she likes to make up her own store policy. It b too long to get in to details, but man they really need to get rid of these types of employees. Better yet, who's doing the hiring? I'll just shop at target for the next few months. Walmart, u need to take who you're hiring to represent u more seriously.
Previous review: It appears that they've gotten rid of most of the rude employees here. Even have a new manager, that is actually helpful. I stopped going here for a while, but since the clean up, been going regularly, again. Hope they keep it like this as I hated having to drive further to the Walmart...
