Went for an oil change and checked on prices for tires while there, but they were out of stock in my tire size. I asked if they out headlights in, and the clerk said of course they could, but he neglected to say they charge you $10 for each headlight for installation. A $25 oil change landed up to be actually $73 when it was all said and done. He also said they would contact me when my car was done but didn't follow through on it. While checking to see if my car was ready, two employees refused to answer my question because apparently they were so engrossed in their own conversion about "going out to their car during lunch and smoking a nice fat bowl", that they totally ignored me before walking out the back door for lunch. I had to call the store just to find out whether it was finished or not, and real8zed I couldn't get it the back door to get the guys attention, since no one picked up in the service department to tell me personally. I was knocking on the window, trying to get someone's attention. When the tech came in and checked me out finally. Horrible customer service. Inflated prices. I'll go to Jiffy Lube from now on before I'll deal with the Wal-Marts service department...

They are a messy store. Not near enough help. The Employees are obviously under paid and appreciate or over worked. Very few Employees will take the time to help you find anything. The most common responses are " I don't know, I'm not sure, it's not my department" when asked if they can call someone who knows, or someone in a department you need help in, more often then not ! That employee is not on duty, out to lunch and or, rarely comes to the call. It's been the worst walmart I've ever tried shopping in. I live near there. In order to avoid it, I drive to Glendora to the super center there. I worked in retail sales for better than 15 years of my life. With that being said I'm more than qualified to give them a one-star rating. I think thumbs down would be a better way too rate them if it...

Went to the Walmart at this location since it was on my way to going to the Fair. Walmart is one of my go-to places for buying so many things. They had everything in stock but one item that I was looking for. This store must have an issue with theft because so many things were locked in cases. I have never seen Tide laundry detergent locked up. I asked myself, who steals laundry detergent? I wanted to get a $10 item out of the locked case in the pet department and I had to ask three different people to call someone to unlock the case. That was 20 minutes. Then I went to the electronics dept snd was amazed that almost everything was locked up. I didn’t want to go through the waiting game again, so i just left the department dissatisfied.
