This location was a HUGE disappointment! I look forward to enjoying this treat every so often. Staff was too concerned about losing money and instead lost our return service. Only gave us 1 tiny sauce each for two 3 entre plate meals. When asked for extra terriaki for both our meals, she gave me only one. When we went up for a soda refill, parts had been removed from machine. We had to wait for her to put it back together to get a refill. I asked her to leave it as we would like another refill, but she removed the pieces AGAIN. When we were eating only 5 minutes, they started turning off lights in the back. !!!ATTENTION CORPORATE!!! If you’re reading this then I should let you know I just walked out of this store infuriated! First and foremost, I was not greeted as I walked in nor did I get a simple “Be right with you” while I stood there for 5 minutes. The female workers were staring at me and continued to walk around the kitchen as if I wasn’t there. I decided to walk out to my car and call the store to speak with the manager on duty to let them know their workers were very rude and unprofessional. The service could have been better. There was a huge order. Instead of taking care of the customers in the store, they focused on the big order. They could have cooked the orders of the customers in store while putting the online order together. After waiting 30 minutes I asked for my money back. As I was getting in my car, I noticed another customer walking out before placing their order. They did tell me the wait time would be another 10 minutes.
