Very unprofessional. Door states open at 10:00, big neon sign on in window said "open" in big red letters. Did not open till almost 11:00 after I called to ask if they were open. I was told on the phone that they were short staffed and the other employee wasn't clocking in till 11:00. I have worked these types of jobs for most of my life. And everywhere I have ever worked, we opened on time, even if we were short staffed. But I guess it's like everything now. Every single place sucks at customer service now. Then when I ordered my food, I asked the girl if the restroom was open. She said "yes". I paid for my food sat down and then was told they weren't doing dine in. I said "ok. I'm just going to use the restroom first then." I went to the restroom and then the girl yelled through the door that I could use it this time but next time I would not be able to use it. Read moreI had a really disappointing experience here on 8/25/25 around 5:20 PM. Yesterday, my order was messed up, so I came back today to get it corrected. Instead of helping, Diana was rude and argumentative for no reason. The interaction was so unprofessional that I decided to leave.
When I called to follow up, Nick and another employee actually laughed at me while I was just trying to resolve the issue. They even grabbed my plate and hid it in the drive-thru area, which made me feel like they were accusing me of trying to steal. It was insulting to be treated this way over a simple $10 plate.
To make it worse, I had ordered orange chicken but was given shrimp instead. I was even willing to show proof of purchase through my debit card statement since I no longer had the receipt, but the staff showed no professionalism or respect.

I had to tell one of them twice my order after she just randomly started scooping the wrong food onto my plate..... then had to tell cashier 4 times that I did not order a kids meal with my meal. After time four, the cashier gave me an attitude, stating "ok, I got it." Then, the pleasent cashier decided to ring out the wrong meal anyway, and decided it was my fault, and such a burden, that I did not want to pay for a meal I didn't order.
