Not a bad place, but I wouldn’t call it ‘luxury.’ It’s a nice apartment complex with some luxury features, but there are definitely areas for improvement.
Pros: -Community: The residents and staff are incredibly friendly. I’ve had many positive interactions and even made some new friends. -Location: The location is fantastic—close to the beach, the city, and the highway. It’s in an up-and-coming area, which adds to its appeal. -Amenities: The pool area is one of the best around, and it’s well-maintained. The lobby is also very nice, complete with free coffee.
Cons: -Pet-Friendly Issues: Despite claiming to be pet-friendly, there’s no real place for dogs. The advertised dog run doesn’t exist, and there’s nowhere for dogs to relieve themselves. This has led to issues like dogs peeing in the elevator or running around the pool deck, with little intervention from management. -Missing Features: There’s no onsite mini market, despite it being advertised. -Maintenance Problems: For a relatively new building, things break down far too often. The sauna has been out of order for weeks, the grill has never worked, the hot tub was down for weeks, and gym equipment frequently breaks and goes unfixed. -Quality Issues: The apartments themselves are not up to par. The materials used are cheap, and things are constantly breaking. -Frequent Fire Alarms: Fire alarms go off at least once a week, so often that residents no longer evacuate when they do, which is a serious safety concern. -Overpriced: For the price, these apartments don’t deliver luxury. There are nicer, more competitively priced options in the area with better amenities, higher-quality materials, and more square footage. It’s no surprise that Old Town Square is struggling to fill vacancies.
Old Town Square is a decent option, but there are newer, more appealing builds in the area that offer similar price points. I recommend exploring those first before considering Old Town Square as a...
Read moreLife could not be better!!! Living in Virginia and not having the opportunity to physically view apartments in Florida can be very stressful!!! After many internet searches, my husband and I fell in love with Old Town Square.
Not only did we fall in love with the complex but with the Manager Jessica Quant. She actually called me on the phone and I immediately felt her sincere warm and compassion for my plight. Her charming and engaging personality made me want to instantly befriend her!
When we finally arrived at our new home, Jessica greeted me, my husband and my " furry" daughter , Lola will open arms!!! WOOHOO- I received my long awaited Jessica hug!!!
After a brief but informative tour of our new community, we went to see our new home. To my dismay, it was smaller than I had imagined and Jessica immediately said if we weren't happy, we could switch to a larger one bedroom, if available 🤔. THE NEXT DAY...... We toured another apartment which was PERFECT!!!!! WOOHOO!!! Thank you soooo much Jessica!
You should be extremely proud to have Jessica Quant as an employee! My husband, Greg and I have been more than thrilled with the her professionalism, courteousness, friendliness and most importantly the sincerity and follow through she possesses. Nobody does...

I had the pleasure of touring with Clovis Marrett on July 21, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, Clovis made me feel welcomed, heard, and valued as a prospective resident. His professionalism was only matched by his warm and friendly demeanor.
Clovis took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and never once made me feel rushed. What really stood out was his deep knowledge of the property and his sincere enthusiasm — it didn’t feel like a sales pitch; it felt like a conversation with someone who truly believes in what he’s showing you.
By the end of the tour, I was so confident in the community and Clovis’s outstanding customer service that I signed the lease on the spot. That kind of trust doesn’t come easily, and it’s a direct result of how well Clovis connected with me as a person, not just a potential tenant.
Although I haven’t moved in yet, I’m genuinely looking forward to the entire process because of how awesome and supportive Clovis has been. His approach made a lasting impression, and I’m excited for what’s ahead.
Thank you, Clovis, for making this such a season and enjoyable experience. You’re a true asset to your team.
