I recently had the pleasure of dining at The Vault Bar & Restaurant, and I have to say, it’s a fantastic new addition to the local food scene! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The history behind the building itself is so interesting - I love that they include it in the menu. The decor makes you feel like you’re back in 1922 when the bank first opened. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into the details of the decor. The design is thoughtful and well-curated, creating a perfect balance of modern elegance and cozy comfort. Every element, from the lighting to the furnishings, has been carefully chosen to enhance the overall dining experience. The menu is diverse, offering something for everyone, and each dish I tried was absolutely delicious. I love that the menu offers different sizes of the entrees, giving you the opportunity to try a little bit of several items. Everything I ate was flavorful and beautifully presented. You can tell the chefs use fresh, high-quality ingredients, which really shines through in every bite. The service was exceptional as well. The staff were attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making great recommendations. I truly appreciated how they took the time to ensure everything was just right. All in all, I’m already looking forward to my next visit and can’t recommend this place enough. The Vault is definitely a must-try, and I’m sure it’s going to become a local favorite in no time! If you haven’t been yet, I highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed!

We were in the area and decided to try a new place. When we first walked in, we were quickly greeted by a gentleman who brought us to a table and took our drink orders and asked if we knew the story of the vault. He explained that in the 30s it used to be a bank and it eventually got robbed of everything. The building was vacant for years and the city wanted to demolish it but the people of the city fought to keep it. And now it’s known as the vault. So cool story. There are some original vault pieces in there yet the place is very classic, sleek, and clean. Makes for a great date night or brunch and drinks with friends. We ordered an appetizer that tasted amazing. However, we hadn’t heard back from the waiter for like 30 minutes and ended up tracking a lady that was helping another table. She then took our main order. Then a third person came by to refill drinks. Wasn’t sure who our waiter really was. So that part was a little confusing. But I know they recently opened and may not have full staff yet. Doesn’t stop me from going back again. All the food tasted amazing! It is top notch.

We had an incredible dining experience at The Vault in Pompano Beach! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome with top-notch service and a genuinely friendly vibe. The cocktail menu is creative and well-executed—every drink we tried was perfectly balanced and flavorful. As for the food? Absolutely delicious. We started with the Dapper Dills—crispy fried pickles with just the right tang and crunch. The Infamous Fingers, fried mahi fingers, were tender and flavorful with a light, golden coating. The hand-cut steak fries, like convenience store tater logs, were hearty and seasoned to perfection and my favorite! But the real standout was John’s Shrimp Bowl—fresh, juicy shrimp in a bold, savory sauce that had us scraping the bowl clean. This place nails the trifecta: amazing service, killer cocktails, and unforgettable food. The Vault is definitely a must-visit if you're in the Pompano Beach area. We’ll absolutely be back!

I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Vault in Pompano Beach, and I can confidently say it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment you step inside, the atmosphere is absolutely amazing—sophisticated yet inviting, with a unique blend of historical charm and modern elegance.

The food was nothing short of fantastic. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, bursting with flavor, and beautifully presented. Whether you’re in the mood for small plates to share or a full meal, the menu offers something for everyone.

And let’s talk about the drinks—simply amazing! The cocktail selection is top-notch, with expertly crafted drinks that perfectly complement the overall experience. The bartenders clearly know their craft, and each drink is balanced, flavorful, and served with a creative touch.

Beyond the food and drinks, the service was excellent, with attentive and knowledgeable staff who made the experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a spot with great energy, delicious food, and incredible drinks, The Vault is a must-visit in Pompano Beach! I’ll definitely be...
