Garbage... they take forever they screw the order up every time ..what a nightmare I ordered a child's meal they never put the cookie in there for the kids.... then they informed me you must request the cookie when it's advertised on the menu as part of the children's meal..... So let me get this straight I order a children's meal and I'm at fault because I didn't request an item that's included in the meal??? okay Miami Subs..... Do you need to tell me the little guy eats their meal and they're supposed to be rewarded with their dessert which is a cookie but they don't get it because Miami Subs neglected to put it in there so now I have to get up and go drive back there and go retrive my child the cookie they were as Promised part of the meal.. Oh and by the way when I called them to complain about the cookie not being in there not only did they inform me that it was my responsibility to request the cookie that it was company policy not to put it in there and their reason was not everybody wants to give their child a cookie at the end of their meal... So what's next the combo meal without their french fries because people don't want to get fat? Oh you have to request your French fries... not everybody wants to eat them because they don't want to get fat that's what I'm waiting to hear next.. my point is it makes about as much sense as telling me the cookie has to be requested... Read moreUsed to Love this Place . . . been run into the ground steadily over the years and it's just one step above being a 'dive'. Food Prep is lackluster, food is either over or under-cooked, and too often has come out luke-warm to cold. Worse though, is that Management is COMPLETELY LACKING in Customer Service. They DO NOT make mistakes and or problems 'right' without a fight (that frankly just isn't worth the lip movement efforts). They don't answer phones on first call-in, a fax answers. If you immediately call back after 2 minute fax time-out failure, they do answer and then defer you to later and more callbacks and call-ins while they 'check with' the 'boss'. Bottom Line . . . While once a MUST Go-To, they are no longer 'Players' and you can do better at any place anywhere else. Hope they 'feel good' at the latest screw-over of $6.99 in denying me replacement of a missing item on a $40.00 order. 8 calls later, and a 3rd camera review of the prep and window pass-out; I'm done with trying to simply get them to make good on the $6.99 they literally stole from...

Located along Atlantic Blvd., the inside of the restaurant was completely empty though there were a few cars in the drive-thru. I briefly looked at the menu on the wall. There was a variety of food such as:
chicken wings/tenders/pita burgers/chicken sandwich cheesesteaks/gyros/subs desserts/cold beverages
I placed an order of a 12 inch Philly cheesesteak with a side of Nathan's fries and onion rings, which I received in just a few minutes. The food was so greasy that the oil was instantly seeping through the paper bag. The food was good though. The bread was soft - filled with pieces of steak, sautéed onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese. Both the onion rings and fries was fried to a golden brown.
