Garbage... they take forever they screw the order up every time ..what a nightmare I ordered a child's meal they never put the cookie in there for the kids.... then they informed me you must request the cookie when it's advertised on the menu as part of the children's meal..... So let me get this straight I order a children's meal and I'm at fault because I didn't request an item that's included in the meal??? okay Miami Subs..... Do you need to tell me the little guy eats their meal and they're supposed to be rewarded with their dessert which is a cookie but they don't get it because Miami Subs neglected to put it in there so now I have to get up and go drive back there and go retrive my child the cookie they were as Promised part of the meal.. Oh and by the way when I called them to complain about the cookie not being in there not only did they inform me that it was my responsibility to request the cookie that it was company policy not to put it in there and their reason was not everybody wants to give their child a cookie at the end of their meal... So what's next the combo meal without their french fries because people don't want to get fat? Oh you have to request your French fries... not everybody wants to eat them because they don't want to get fat that's what I'm waiting to hear next.. my point is it makes about as much sense as telling me the cookie has to be requested... The cookie that's advertised as being part of the meal that you pay for....
