The customer service here has always been very helpful. When I have questions about different products the employees are very helpful and friendly. I have been coming to juicys for a few years now and have not been disappointed with the product or service yet. In fact I enjoy talking with most of the employees even if it’s not about the product they sell. It’s the 5th of September went in to by my normal. After my purchase Andrew told me about my points that I wasn’t sure what they meant at the time and I ended up walking out with 6 vaps free because I had so many points. One was my mistake, thought it was bogo day and second didn't want to do an exchange even though I had receipt, said she could fix problem with my smoker, when I got home my coil was burnt and yet to find out if still leaks. Been loyal customer for 4 years. I won't be going back.

Read moreI have been going to Juicys since 2013, and have always been satisfied with my purchase. The employees have usually been friendly, and always willing to make a new flavor combination for me. The return policy sucks. It just does. I have had issues recently with a new Vape that I had only had 2 weeks, and had the receipt. I was told that even if it was a manufacturing problem, because of the way the Vape looked i.e. scratched, that it appeared to look older than two weeks, and he wouldn't let me get a replacement.
