Sparklight — Local services in Ponca City

I just got back on service because of an internal issue there was a malware that was blocked and apparently didn't really work because all my devices were acting funny and my cell phone Esim was remotely accessed and my phone service locked itself. But besides that problem I got back on a cheaper service plan for myself only to try to save some money in these times. But the first tech support call I made I was hung up on. I am trying to hook up the stuff myself I have followed the videos downloaded 2 apps and signed in using my info, and also have attempted many times to connect to it and it fails every time. I've done the stupid power cycle thing with the modem and router it does not work. I JUST PAID $85 DOLLARS AND IT IS NOT CONNECTING BECAUSE THEY WANT $75 DOLLARS MORE FOR THE INSTALLATION FEE. THEY DID NOT EVEN START THE WIFI TRANSMISSION TO THE BOX. IT WONT EVEN SHOW UP ON MY PHONE WIFI. Really I'm giving this review to let the owner know that you clearly do not care about anyone that pays good money for your service. Incredibly stable, reliable connection for the entire 3 years I've used them. Do their data limits not really work for me? Not at all, and did I exceed the Data limit 6+ months in a row until they just put me on their most expensive package, giving me ungodly download speeds I dont need and just the right amount of upload bandwidth, absolutely they did, but... they've consistently been reliable, I cant even think of the last time I experienced a network outage that was the ISP's fault, and I dont have tv or anything else, so I'm constantly using the net, that should say something.

Got cable one because I was not able to get Dish where I recently moved to. I had to put down a $250 deposit plus pay for first months service all up front, so a total of $350 is what I had to pay. Its been 7 months later and cable one will not release my deposit because I was late by 1 day on my bill. I was told I have to wait another 6 months! This is money that I already paid but cable one will not apply that towards my bill. I absolutely HATE cable one. Customer service is only open certain hours, until 5. They are extremely rude. There is always an outage of some kind. I have both cable and internet. I had Dish for 10 years and I loved it. Bill was reasonable and had no problems. I wish I could go back to Dish.
