If I could give them minus 5 I would. I thought they were supposed to be good July 20 took 2 rings to be sized. Were to be ready the next Tues. Called and never ready. 1 week later still not ready. 2 weeks later went in and they had misplaced them. Finally found them. More days went by. Called, still not ready. Went in on Aug 3 and found the one ring was ready, but they had knocked several stones out of my eternity ring. When I asked where they were, I was told they were probably in the cleaner...but honestly evidently they didn't have a clue exactly where they were, and apparently hadn't looked. Said they would fix it. Be ready Tues Aug 6. It wasn't. Sat Aug 10, went in. Paid $80 and picked it up. Went to another store, starting home and saw to my horror that a stone was already gone out of it. Called them immediately. Brought it back in. They called me later that it was ready. Went in and they wanted me to sign a receipt stating they were not responsible for any more with the ring, that it was a poorly made, poorly crafted ring. It is not. I would not sign which made him indignant. Never once did anyone say anything about they thought it to be a poorly crafted ring. It is a well made ring, but they are just not a well operated...
Read moreLike the other woman who wanted to spend five minutes ranting on this. I took 3 rings in a turquoise, an aquamarine and amethyst ring these rings belonged to my late mother who died in 2006. After several months and no call, I was promised. I went in and the turquoise was ready, but the 2 others were not. They said they would call, no call. Several months later I went in and got the Aquamarine, they said they just got Amethyst in and were working on it now, they would call shortly. No call! Another 6 months went by, (not sure where my claim ticket is 1.5 yrs. later) they said they don't have it I picked it up. He came out stammering about it and a sapphire ring (I don't even own a sapphire ring) he said it's not in the computer, we don't have it. I asked to see the computer system. He then started stammering about it crashing and having to be worked on, I hope I can find the ticket, but no doubt they are scamming or irresponsible. Not willing to make good. DO YOU REALLY THINK I DONT KNOW I BROUGHT YOU 3 FAMILY HEIRLOOMS AND LEFT THEM THERE AND WHAT...
Read moreI walked into this beautiful store on Christmas Eve, dressed down, no makeup, and holding just the tiniest sliver of hope. My 98 year old grandmother had just passed away a few days before and I found an old, tarnished ring. It honestly looked like tin. The shape was of an old, class ring. I asked if someone could look at it and made sure they knew I understood it was likely not valuable, but wanted to know if it could be cleaned. The staff was beyond kind and gentle with me. The gentleman (perhaps “Joe”) took it to the back and a while later retuned. He asked me if the year 1945 meant anything. I had just finished an obituary and knew that was the year she was married, but quickly put it together she was 18 at the time and graduated high school the same year. He disappeared for a bit and returned with a beautifully clean and professionally polished class ring. He refused to charge me, the ring fit perfect, and I left beaming. This will forever be my jewelry store!! Thank you Joe, and thank...
