I went in here to buy things to bring back. I had about 7 or 8 people buying things. We were taking our time looking. The first thing I saw was the girl asking us for a basket. Okay, that's fine, but when I took it, she held it because, supposedly, she wanted to help, but what she wanted to do was make sure we weren't stealing anything. Then the same lady went from the glass counter to close to the door, blocking an aisle where I wanted a shirt from I had to go all the way around just to get the shirt to make her feel comfortable because she saw me walking and didn't even move. I told my family, if they were done, to stand close by so they could see what we were doing, but nope, that wasn't enough. My dad, who's a cop, was looking for a souvenir behind the glass. He asked to see something and again had an attitude and told him I'm watching you when no one in the group was taking anything and paid for everything single thing. Then, when we went to the line, there was an older man with his daughter who stood waiting for his daughter to finish, and while she was looking, he was getting air. The lady asked him if you needed anything, and he said no, just waiting. 5 minutes past, she asked again, and he said I'm here with my daughter waiting for her; I'm an older man getting air while my daughter shops, and I'm not moving. The daughter came back and left because of her attitude. The reason we didn't leave was because we were trying to give her a chance, but since we got there, we were accused of stealing. You really need to get it together. If you think anyone is stealing, go to the back. You have cameras; check them before assuming, instead of telling a police officer not dressed in uniform you're watching him. He tried to go see more things and the lady blocked him multiple times .My family and I will not be coming here again, and I am writing this review to see if the owner of this store retrains the employees, all of them, to be more discrete and not assume everyone that walks in is stealing. I have never had this treatment in my life. For the future, put more cameras up and don't make your customers feel uncomfortable; you will lose customers that way. There are other ways you can check if people are stealing instead of talking to people in a rude way and no it wasn't just our group; it was everyone that came in. Do...

This place has lots of souvenirs stuff. Price that you can’t find in the airport. We got few things and the only thing I wish they have was any cute tank top to shirts for women’s. All they have was for men’s and kids. And yes like other reviewers said is true, the person (a woman don’t know her name, looks around 20-30ish old) that works in the cashier she wasn’t that nice and friendly. She was cold and not friendly, she might’ve didn’t really like what she do. I mean not sure how she’s working at the store with customer in daily basis especially tourists and she didn’t have the courage to be smiling and make...
Read moreThe place was beautiful with very authentic items. However, the staff is probably the worst that I have met. We told one of the front workers to save our stuff so we could continue shopping and she said of course and she did. When we were done shopping we told the woman to include all of the stuff that we chose and she clearly chose to not give it to us. We spent over $100 for this woman to not give us half of our souvenirs. To point out we also had no issue in the store, so there would have been no reason for her to act this way. I have no clue if she was racist or sexist but we saw that she included all of the stuff for another family member. If it matters to you I would advise you to go to a more trusted store and not one that...
