Capicú Escape Rooms — Attraction in Ponce

We went into the Chupacabras room with two kids, and honestly, it was way more exciting than any Saturday matinee. The special effects and atmosphere make you feel like you’re caught between mystery and comedy—kind of like watching a suspense show constantly interrupted by detergent commercials. The kids had a blast and already want to go back, while I’m still trying to figure out when I became so terrible at solving puzzles. They felt like movie heroes, while I felt more lost than a cockroach at a chicken dance. The staff was super friendly, and you can tell they secretly enjoy watching us suffer… I mean, “solve.” We’ll definitely be returning to try the other rooms, because escaping once just isn’t enough. The immersion is so good you forget that outside it’s all Ponce heat and drivers circling for parking like it’s buried treasure.
