It's beautiful. Carnivals and cultural activities are very special. On most sundays night (around 8pm) they have the municipal orchestra playing live. It's a great experience. Only down side is the homeless but not to the point where one feels unsafe, Police prescence is comforting but it's a problem that should be dealt with for this place...
