I’ve had a terrible experience with the Flex steel loveseat and sofa. Hefners service has been good. My issue is that my furniture has been in the shop more than it’s been in my house. Since the first day they delivered it to my house i noticed the couch was bent in on one side and both pieces of furniture were missing bolts and just over all awful. Hefners came back in a few days and brought me a new set of the same make and model. Ever since this new set i have had nothing but problems. I have had the back of the back rest snap, it was fixed and brought back. Then i had an issue with the other couch bending again on the side. Then the gliders on the loveseat would no longer glide and just grinded on metal leaving stains on my area rug from so much of the paint and metal being rubbed off the frame of the couch. First it started on the right side and then about a week later it started on the left. Also, at the same time the couch would no longer recline on the right side. It would try to recline about a foot or so and then sound like it hits metal and then just stops, until you wiggle all around in the seat to get it to pop open. Then once you get it open and you start trying to close it, it sounds like it is scraping metal all the way down. Then on the other side the couch is yet again leaning to the side when you sit in it. They picked up my furniture and then brought it back and the couch does the exact same thing. So now they are having to pick up this furniture yet again! Like its no big deal for me to have to rearrange my living room every single time they have to pick it up or the fact that every time they have to come get my furniture i don't have anything to use. I paid for furniture that i can use at my house. And i would totally understand if it was just a problem here or there, but this is always happening and all they do is come and pick it up again and again. I have asked that they please give me my money back in store credit so that i can go buy new furniture from them or something. But every time i ask them they say that all they can do is pick up my furniture and work on it. Now they are wanting to come out and perform a “Diag”. I guess i am supposed to explain to them what is wrong and show them, that way they can pick it up again and try to fix it again.
All i would like is for them to somehow exchange my furniture for new pieces of the same or give me store credit so that i can buy a new piece of furniture from them and be done with this junk.

Read moreThis place is a joke ive been trying to get my sectional fixed since ive bought it. I sent them pictures of everything in the beginning of November and even got texts messages back saying confirmed (have proof). Never heard anything called back and they said they would get it fixed after the Thanksgiving holiday. Never heard anything after that. Called back in December or January and talked to a different lady who said they have no record of me sending pictures, they weren't even aware it was broken. So I sent them all over again and now I've been waiting on the "part for 2 months" in the meantime I refused to pay anymore on this sectional because I was so close to paying it off I didn't want void out the warranty like they were shooting for plus I shouldn't have to pay for a broken sectional that got sold to me broken out of the store. Now I'm getting letters in the mail saying its repossession time. Needless to say they are not honest about upholding their warranty and sell broken products out of the store that they refuse to fix.
