American Superstores — Local services in Poplar Bluff

We bought a new gas stove about a month ago & the stove has not worked at all the whole time. The store will not back their product and refers us to GE (the manufacturer). GE sends someone out a month after purchase & says they have to order parts for it, which may take 1 or 2 weeks to come in, then we have to wait for a GE repair man to be available to fix the stove. We have spent over $800 on this piece of crap stove and haven’t been able to use it yet & it’s about time for the Holidays ! I do not, I repeat , I do not recommend this store for...

Went to the store to buy a mattress. We walked in and no one was on the floor. After we had been in the store for a while a man came in the front door with 4 drinks and went to the office. We waited a while longer and still no one had shown up to help us. We walked out and will not be back. With Generations and Hefners as competition you would think there would be one person in the store that wanted to make a sale. Now I know why there is so few vehicles in the parking lot...

Ordered 2 of the same chairs get 2 different chairs one costing more money but was marked wrong so they take back the furniture because they don't have 2 of the same chairs after all I wasted a whole afternoon while they had to bring back my old furniture and I had to go to the store to get refunded, I was not pleased with the services what a way to try and sell me something else but didn't that's fine GENERATIONS FURNITURE is a whole lot better at treating...
