All friendly when they sign you up. Don't believe the worker. When they hit you with surprise fees you knew nothing of , and overdraft your account. For me first time in 11 years of usage. And you show them and demand they refund it. Be ready for them to just actually laugh at ya. Their mantra well you signed a contract it's in there. I was told (because) it's something I asked there's no hidden fees. One time only charge means to me one time only. But you changed it from annual fee to an enhancement fee. Because I'm 2 months from being a year. Your main branch says discuss local branch local branch is geared into ripping you off. Your liars and thieves. I've paid faithfully I haven't complained even though I don't use it at all. My health even worse I can't go. But I still pay. But you overdraft with a fee I did not agree to or know about. Ask you to fix it so I won't be overdrafted and smirk and laugh at me like it's funny you stole from me. I hope you get what you gave...

I tried this gym at random while I was in town for a few days visiting family, and I was very glad I did. This place is an absolute hidden gym. They don’t have many flashy affinities outside of a sauna in the locker room, but as a fitness location with more than enough free weights and specialized machines to get the job done, this place is great!

Ozark Wellness can boast that their dumbbell rack goes all the way up to a very heavy pair of 150’s, and they have a specialized room specifically for ab and leg work, respectively. The running track that runs around the entire gym on the second floor is a very nice touch. They even have a punching bag over by the smith machine!

I’ll definitely be stopping back by again the next time I’m in town. Poplar Bluff is lucky to have such a cool gym. Keep up...

Terrible customer service. My access card never worked. They "fixed" it over and over and I still couldn't get in. Many of the cardio machines didn't work. Personal trainers are expensive and fairly useless. They are also very aggressive and would bother you all the time while you were trying to work out, trying to get you to hire them. They are very good at taking your money out of your account on time every month but you have to go in person to cancel your membership and good luck having them cancel it before they take a bit more of your money. Not at all...
