Nueces Co RV Park — Local services in Port Aransas

We had a family reunion there on the 4th of July for a week of 2023 . At which time the park experienced several power outages . The park officials working the office had called out their maintenance crews to repair the issues . That being said the maintenance people repairing the electrical issues said that the park had been experiencing electrical problems all summer. If that was the case they should have let their guest know about the issues, so they could look for something different if they wanted to . We ended up calling a RV service tech afterwards to check our fridge out. The power issues had burned up the fridge . I have been in contact with the Director for the Coastal parks for almost a year, and keep getting the run around . We had to replace the fridge in our unit, which was not cheap, and my brother had to replace his power cord , micro wave, on his unit, and our other family members also lost electrical items on the units . They try to comp my brother with a free week stay. I my self would not be taking our rig back to a park where you can not trust the people working their to be truth full with there guest . I hope that anybody going to stay at I. B. Magee RV park have better luck than we did. if you don't, you probably won't get any help from them . It's very quiet place in January and February. You can drive to beach. There's very nice view in the afternoon and sunset. I like sounds of ocean and Sea. it doesn't stop and continuously play.
