I've always shipped here and never had a problem. I've never been charged with anything unless it was a shipping label but the last 2 times I went there the people were very rude. The time before today the lady told me that I had to pay a dollar the next time I came in. Even though I told her that I haven't been charged for the times before because my shipping label was already paid for. Today, I went in to ship again and the lady there was a different lady from before and told me that I had to pay $2 this time. I told her that I was never charged before but I had come in with only $1 since that was what the lady from before had said. So I had to pay with my card since I only had a couple of coins. She then rudely stated that there was a $5 limit and told me that since I didn't have any money that she would let it go this time. Then she yanked the package off the counter and stomped off rudely without saying anything else to me and shook her head and muttered some words under her breath. I felt very disrespected and not helped at all. I will never ship here again, since the people there can't seem to make up their minds on how much they want to charge their customers. Read moreWent by with a envelope I needed to send Fedex. Gabby was working and took care of me immediately. They have all the supplies you need to send anything you need. This is definitely the "go to" place in town for taking care of your mailing needs. Just because there are "on site Fedex" locations at Walgreen's etc, doesn't mean they will do anything to help you. I was told by staff at Walgreen's (9th Ave and 365) that "you have to have your package ready to drop off" and they do nothing else in the store even though the entire photo department has been turned into a small Fedex location.
The FlagShip Mail Room gets FIVE STARS for taking care of the customer and doing their job while others are outright LAZY and just don't care. I greatly appreciate the people that come to work and take PRIDE in their job and taking care of the public.

Read moreI would avoid this store if your looking to conduct business. I can justify shopping local when it makes sense. I also don’t mind paying extra to support a local business. I have shipped and bought stuff out this store for years. Prices have gone up and this is understandable. However, today is definitely a customer lost for good. A shipping store charging $2 to tape a box is a bit excessive. Come on I can’t possibly justify spending that kind of money for convenience when I can’t drop it off just about anywhere else untapped and get it taped for free. A roll of packing tape is less than $2 for the entire roll. I am a local business owner and if I started charging for everything in excess I would lose customers too.
