Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Port Arthur

Recently we were able to work with the Pizza Hut team at Farm Road 365 Suite U in Port Arthur to order pizzas for recognition of safety accomplishment at Motiva. We love to recognize our team when they achieve excellence and recognize teams supporting us here at Motiva.

We ordered right at 50 total pizzas for Thursday 11/21/24 lunch, dinner, and Friday 11/22/24 lunch and dinner.

The Pizza Hut team produced quality pizzas, timely and accurately. All our team members were very pleased and enjoyed the pizza recognition party.

I wanted to reach out and thank the Pizza Hut team for their efforts. Aletha was a key team leader, and we thank her for all her efforts, but it truly takes the entire team to be successful.

I love analogies, and we love football here in southeast Texas. Aletha was the quarterback that brought the play to the team huddle, but without each team member being successful and striving for excellence at their part, no way Pizza Hut 365 could succeed. GREAT JOB and Thank you!!

I normally DO NOT order from Pizza Hut ESPECIALLY our pizza huts for the simple fact I’m never satisfied with either their service or their food. Tonight I thought I would give it another try. When I got my food I didn’t have no complaints but upon opening my boxes my pizza, my wings, AND my garlic knots where greasy AND cold!! Felt like it almost sat there for a LONG minute. Now I know that if I called the restaurant they would say it’s cold because I got it delivered but I live literally 5 mins down the road and got it delivered because it’s been raining all day and I didn’t feel like getting out in this nasty weather! I live farther from papa johns and never have a problem when getting food delivered always been hot, and never had a problem with it being TOO greasy. Being that it’s 9 by the time I get it (even though it said 8:33) it’s too late to worry about what else i could get for my family for dinner. DEFINITELY NOT WORTH MY $40.72!!!!...

The only reason it got a star was cuz I had to, to be able to write a review. I ordered at 8:30pm. At 10:00pm I called and they said they had tried calling me. She wrote down my number wrong cuz she was talking to someone else while trying to take my order. But on top of all of it, they had my address right, again though I told her the gate code and she says she has it...well she didn't. Mind you the address is right. I never got my food. Why didn't the driver just stay at the gate until it opened? So u have my number down wrong ( the last digit) and didn't listen to me when I gave you my gate code, but u have the right address and your driver doesn't have enough common sense to stay at the gate and wait for it to open....
