I pulled up to the drive thru, (10:58 am) ordered 2 each #6 Combo Meals, then pulled up to the window, made payment, got my 2 drinks, sit there for 6 minutes, then manager (a guy)comes to window " sir, do you need something else?" Me: " Yes, I need my food, all I got was my drinks" , then lady tells me to pull up. I pull up, look at time (11:07) I sit there and wait, and wait, watching all these people pull up get order and go, well at 11:28 am, no cars behind me, so I start backing up to the window, before I get back to window, manager comes out with order. Me: " damn, it took this long to cook 6 tenders?" Manager, just looks at me and walks back in. I haul ass home, get home and open the bag, and I didn't get my 2 orders of tenders with red beans and rice, I get 16 piece mixed chicken, large coleslaw, large red beans and rice, 8 biscuits. Good rest, but NOT WHAT I ORDERED! SO, I WILL NOT EVER GO BACK TO THIS LOCATION. I don't think that it was the managers (Ross) fault, I think that the lady at the window was either new hire or just not trainable. Placed online order for pickup at 445p. Got there at 450p to pick up. Was told my order was not ready. Cashier seems new, I asked for my order and he asked the manager on duty. She said the chicken wasn't ready and it would be 12 mins. So I asked him if I leave to pick up my kids will my order be ready when I come back. He said yes it should be.
Returned at 510p, order still not ready. Continued waiting, approximately 525p my order was ready. I asked for sweet heat and honey and the manager said next time you would have to pay for these. I said next time, I'll pay for it now if I have to. She said don't worry about it this time. So I asked her, next time, will my order be ready on time? And left.
Don't be smart with a customer and treat your employees better. Talking down and getting frustrated to them in front of customer is not how you train new employees. Hopefully Popeyes would get better management that would run smoothly like KFC...
