I started out happy with the experience at this store. I've never had the opportunity to buy brand new furniture and Camryn was very helpful and friendly. This was on March 12, 2020. So, a month later, I can't find my furniture nor can I find a single solitary soul to help me find my furniture. I haven't received any email or phone call from ANYONE reassuring me of ANYTHING. Did y'all all fall off the face of the earth? I know somebody somewhere is maybe still working from home? Meanwhile, we're sitting on old, borrowed and used furniture in our new house wondering where our MONEY and furniture are. I know there are extenuating circumstances but like I said, you can't email me or text or SOMETHING to let me know what's going on? I feel like we're being swindled. I have called EVERY phone number I could dig up on the internet. Nobody ever answers even though i was being told by a recording that all operators were busy with other customers. Read moreLack of transparency is enough to receive a one-star rating. I know there is currently a lot of factors/constraints that are preventing businesses from performing at their full potential. However, this is no reason that I should be ill-informed or alienated on order statuses. For example, an ottoman that was purchased at the end of November with an estimated delivery at the end of December, should not be pushed back(4-5 times) until the middle of March. Each time there is a push back on the delivery, we are not informed but instead disappointed that they are a no-show on their promised delivery week. As I mentioned, I know a lot going on due to the pandemic, but that is no excuse for me have to search for updates. We purchased thousands of dollars worth of furniture and canceled the majority (ottoman is the only product we didn't since it matches the couch they delivered in separate pieces over 2 months) of it due to lack of transparency. I went in looking for a sectional with very specific requirements- I have two cats, a lot of little kids that come around with grimy hands etc. and we live on property with livestock. I needed a very durable material and specific layout. Ms. Natasha was very accommodating and had a great personality with laid back and humorous but professional manner. We explored options they had in store (I’m also in a time crunch!) and she was very honest and informative! She introduced me to their Nex-Gen fabric and told me that she thought I would like The Gaucho, which they unfortunately didn’t have in store.
