Called to ask about the “buying process” and they informed me how it all worked. When it came to buying, I asked them if they would offer cash or only store credit, and they said both options. I told them I was only interested in cash, and they confirmed that would be an option. Come Saturday morning, we drove in (not local) and saw a paper on their door saying “Store Credit Only” sorry for inconvenience. They did not care to help or make it work, very upsetting. Terrible management. Train your employees to answer...

This is a not so friendly place ,walked in no one spoke to me ,They looked at me and ignored me the whole time I was there ,NEVER once asked if I needed help,NOBODY, I also noticed that the person walked in after me ,They welcomed them to the store,Very disappointed 😞, I will not return, I will go back to the store in Beaumont, much more friendly, if I could give no star I would, "Treat people like you want to be treated, "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you." YOU MUST LEARN GOOD...

This was the first time even visiting the store in Port Arthur & omg! Yall really impressed me. I literally got the a sale on onesie buy 10 for $10 & get 1 free and a bouncy seat for basically $20, who can’t beat pass that up. They go from Newborn/Preemie to Tween sizes, they have alot of baby accessories, there are toys, shoes, strollers, cribs, swings, etc& in between stuff too.
