Owner and assistant were very friendly and sat with us to discuss what we were looking for ( a white gold band embedded with high quality diamonds but only on the top half of the band). They presented to us two selection of diamonds from Australia in such a a band as my wife was looking for. There was a more expensive band with recent diamonds that was more expensive but the other band of interest was an older bank with a much higher karat content but less in price since this was an older band in their inventory. Without knowing these details my wife took a liking to the older band and it wasn’t long before she made the decision to get the higher karat one which in fact had a more attractive look on her finger. We found out in our back and forth discussion that the owner worked with the cruise line going to Alaska and that his shop was located in Ketchikan Alaska and in fact I’m quite certain we bought a pendant for my wife on our 25th anniversary. If I could give them a zero I would. Their jewelry is very cheap quality and way over priced. I've worked in a jewelry store before and I know what good quality is and I know what fair prices are and this place is a rip off! my husband bought me a ring as a surprise just giving them a shot as they were a newer store in our mall. First of all the women who sold him the ring he purchased insisted it was blue topaz when in fact it is an aquamarine, he knew better but he liked the ring. I literally wore the ring 3x and 4 stones fell out and the shank is bending. I don't do manual labor so its not like I did anything to bend the ring. I work on a computer 8 hrs a day. Now to be fair they did right and replaced the 4 stones that were missing but kept reiterating that I damaged the ring and there's no reason for the stones to fall out. I wouldve much rather my husband get a refund but they refused. none of my other jewelry has ever given me an issue. we will not be returning to this over priced gumball machine and I don't recommend...

Don't ever use this store. They are scams. When I called Pandora, they did tell me they are lodging a formal complaint against the business. I purchased 2 Pandora bracelets on September 11th, totaling $180. At 6 AM the next morning in my email I received a notice saying that Pandora was offering a special if you spend a certain amount of money you would get a free bracelet . They never once mentioned this to me while I was in their store the prior day and they had to know it. I went back the next day and they emphatically told me they do not do returns only exchange I asked if I could exchange the 2 for other merchandise and get the bracelet and they said no because they would go by the date of the purchase. I've called Pandora in the meantime, and they claimed they should have reimbursed me and made the exchange, but because it was an in store purchase there was nothing Pandora could do these people are terrible don't ever go to them.
