I want to thank Dr. Jessica Jordan, her assistant and the whole team for an incredible job. I brought my dad for an eye exam and despite the fact that my dad does not speak English at all, and I speak badly, they treated us very understandingly and conducted all the tests, took a photo of the fundus and everything else, and even recommended a clinic for further treatment of our eye. The doctor is a very pleasant, attractive woman, a true professional. We were very worried, but despite all the difficulties with our spoken language and insurance, we were provided with professional assistance immediately on the spot without waiting in lines and apointments. Dr. Jordan is the best! I have impaired vision and hearing. I wear hearing aids which makes it uncomfortable to also wear glasses, so I depend on contact lens. I have significant astigmatism in my right eye, so getting the right fit has always been a challenge. I also have age related presbyopia. Dr. Jordan recommended multifocal contact lens (it's like a bifocal contact lens) with astigmatism correction for the right eye. In my 40+ years of wearing contacts, I haven't had this much dedication to finding something that not only works, but works very well with my situation. Dr. Jordan spent a lot of time dialing in on the best combination for my situation. I can see better with these multifocal contacts than I ever have with other types/prescriptions. Dr. Jordan is extremely patient and helpful. After my previous glasses were causing issues with vertigo I received a new prescription that continued to cause bouts of vertigo. Even though I was past the 30 day window they were still willing to return the glasses and try contacts. I opted to save the glasses as I still use them for reading, but cannot use them in the rest of my daily activity. The staff was incredibly helpful and patient with me as I have never worn contacts before showing me how to put them in and take them out and allow me to practice as many times as I needed until I felt comfortable.
