Winn-Dixie — Local services in Port Saint Lucie

The title of my review is I’ve been shopping here 10 years and I will never go back and here is why Winn-Dixie is having a sale on A&W products 2 L my girlfriend and I are in the aisle and there is no A&W diet cream soda, but there is a ticket on the shelf and a huge open space so we assumed they were sold out we went to find an associate I come across this middle-age woman. I asked her to help me. She gave me the worst attitude that I ever got from asking an associate to help. She was so bad and so rude. I thought she was a vendor herself because she did not want to go and check the soda, but reluctantly she did with all the attitude she could muster When she was coming out. I was looking at baby and St. Louis ribs. It was confusing because the sign said 499 but all the ribs were marked 399. The other sign was marked 399 but all the ribs are marked 499 so I asked her for the help on that . She snapped back to me once again with the worst attitude and told me that she would go digging through the pile at that point I asked to see her her managers name is Michael. He came over and I told him the story. It was like I was talking to a wall. He had no emotion and really didn’t seem to care. He asked me what I was looking for I told him and then I went on my merry way , about two minutes later he comes back to me in the aisle with a gentleman with him. He informs me that this gentleman is representative for A&W and that A&W no longer makes diet cream soda, so I asked him. Why is the ticket on your shelf if they don’t make diet cream soda anymore , he did not realize that his marketing department or whoever it was put the shelf on and somebody kept the space open at this point. The only thought that I had in my head was do me a favor. Don’t pee on my leg and tell me it’s raining I was treated poorly by the associate and the manager seem to be a little bit incompetent. I will never go back...

This my first time in this Winn-Dixie because we just moved nearby. It's a nice, big and clean store, I saw lot's of thing's on Sale including 2 thing's I buy often, Pepsi products and Cases of Water and then if you have a Winn-Dixie card even better savings.

As for my 3 star rating, I didn't appreciate a, "hearing impaired" Male Employee approach me I think asking if I needed help and when I said no thank you he continued to talk to me which was extremely hard to understand due to his hearing impairment and that's when another employee, a young lady came over and steered him to a different direction. Then I saw the Beautiful Star Gazer Lily's they had for Sale and I couldn't find the price so I asked that young lady and that Male employee saw this and came back to me, and then what happened next really upset me, he took hold of my purse and moved it to a different part of my Cart while "I" was making room for the Lily's! I never gave him or any other employee permission to touch my purse and the fact he think's he can walk up to any Woman and handle or even touch thier Pocketbooks I think is ridiculous! I don't know if anyone else has had this occur and figured because this employee was hearing challenged that he shouldn't be held accountable for his actions is wrong, wrong is wrong no matter if your Handicap or not! I really hope the Management reads these reviews and "re-trains" this particular employee! I'm still unsure if I...

A++ 100% Excellent customer service Words cannot begin to express my sincere gratitude, thankfulness, appreciation for all of the fresh seafood, the care and hard work that goes into each and every interaction that myself and my family has encountered with this wonderful very professional and amazing young lady. No matter what the request is you have never disappointed us! You take pride in each one of your customers! I have seen how you take care of us all by multi-tasking by yourself in your terrific department. When a person works hard you want to give back by recognizing them for their many accomplishments! I applaud you by breaking down boxes, working the departments, coming from behind the counter to greet us and take care of all of our requests! Your department is spotless!
